Hello....Is anybody there??? Fix your AP!!! This app is broken an no one seems to care. Fix this app or get rid of it. Won't allow to log on. Thinking about another insurance company because this app gets me so frustrated and no feed back from developers.
Does not work. I have tried signing in and it just clears the info and never does anything. This app need major fixing.
Can't login. Same as the others. Also the email address for contacting the dev team is no good. Bang up job, folks.

A good looking app that is easy to use!
If you click the pay your bill it dials a phone number instead of allowing you to pay through the app. I have 3 policies through electric but it only shows the auto policy. I would like to display the coverage for the policies but the app can't do that. I Uninstalled and will wait until they actually have a functional application
Like so many others, I cannot log in using my Username and Password... works just fine on-line, but not with this app. Really an unfortunate representation of Electric Insurance.
Very poor app. Nothing is implemented properly.
Every time I try to use this app, it fails to log me in. I can go online via PC and login with no problem. I then have to contact help desk to fix. The next time I log in it fails.
