App is not working. When ever I click ok get start app is not showning anything. It come back to it home page.

This is super awesome but can't understand what happen to it sometimes it's in inoperative condition. We have exam on 25thand it's not working. What the hell yar. Please fix it. If not fix by Monday. I will never use it again
