Never has worked for me, you enter any model number, partial or full, and you get a blank screen. Now it says I have to log out and log back in, but there no way to log out. I have been an authorized servicer for years and years now. What a piece of garbage app.
Sad. Electronic comes off as a company that is trying to do better, be better. However, they are either putting on a front or have the worst management ever. This app is just another example of this companies failures. Zero effort put into the functionality. I assume they didn't bother to communicate with any actual field service personnel. Let alone hire a app producing company with any credentials.
Doesn't work. Tried everything over and over and over. Contacted electrolux but issue not resolved. Went from device deactivated to just crashing, again and again and again!
Search a model number, all I want is information on that model. Parts, updates, service flash, owners and use and care manuals. Would be nice if any part of it would worked
Can be a little language but overall has good information for servicing consumer appliances.
Pretty garbage app just like their appliances. Edit 6/10/21 still garbage can't login contacted Frigidaire sent me a new login but the app won't let me log out to login again
I have tried downloading this app twice, and it accepts my login but stays stuck and doesn't allow me to go any further.
Rating..0.0..too many passwords and secret handshakes makes it impossible to get any info on anything...thanks for nothing..
No way to logout when your session expires so you have to delete app and reinstall to do anything
Nobody I know of has ever been able to login. And yes we are an authorized servicer.

Works much better then previous incarnations, I'm not going to miss b2b at all. You can download manuals and guides which really help me for my calls outside of cell reception. FYI as far as I know this is only intended for appliance technician. If you're having trouble contact your regional rep and they should be able to help you.
