Do not like the experience so far.... the kyc is horrible to get step 2 identify check.... first their is only 2 spot for pictures and they want a picture of the ID both sides, you with ID, a current bill with address to match you. So they want 4 pictures for 2 available spots? On the app, their is a add picture but it never works to complete the dload. While you are being processed or checked... you have no access to your funds which is bs.

Why can't I access my previous account? Instead you making me to register a new account. What happens to my accumulated coins in the previous account. This is more like daylight rubbery. If there's anything less than one star, that is what you guys deserve.

Giving it 1 star because I'm having technical issues with it. Most of the time the numbers are stuck and won't add up for hours I mean hours of mining goes in vain. App shuts down itself. Stucks forever for connecting to the server afterking on "Start mining" button, it just won't start mining... have to restart the app too many times for it to work. Overall, it has a bundle of bugs and needs to be fixed. The developers are not much of a help at all. Won't reply nor fix the issue for you. And new version, bug fixes, patch etc comes out after months later.

The first two wallet transfers went smooth. Took a few days to get over 10 ETN each time. But then...The pending balance has not increased in over 24 hours? It's frozen. I have it running in background 24/7. And no increase? Even when I have the app opened, no increase? I've updated, checked permissions, synced, allowed background running, cleaned and disabled other apps... Still nothing? And now, the pending balance disappeared... Worthless!

This all was good until the recent railroading. Previously you kept a countdown running by opening the app and pushing a button to reset the countdown. I suspect this was one of the reasons the app grew at the rate that it did. Now the only way to "earn" is to be part of their other development AnyTask. I doubt many people that the time or inclination to use this warning method. An unfortunate change to an otherwise exciting prospect.

3 months later still no resolution to the connectivity issues. App randomly stops mining with no explanation. I resumed "mining" since I heard some positive news about the project. But if they can't fix something as simple as keeping the app connected and not unexplainable closing, then I have second thoughts about even keeping the app on my phone.

free cryptocurrency, that's really all, if it does well, it does well, if not, you've not really lost anything. *edit* The whole thing needs streamlining. There's no reason to have to update your wallet before being able to check how much it translates to in other currencies. I still believe in it, and want it to do well, but the app needs some work.

Miner disconnects frequently. Even after instructing Android battery manager to leave app on in back ground. And when I try to reconnect, most of the time it takes forever and keeps saying no internet connection. When there is. Sometimes I need to restart device and log back in again. Not sure if the inconvenience of log in, disconnection issues is worth trying to mine this. Definetely not something you can set and forget.

Been trying to get my adress approved for 3 to 4 years. I have lived in the same place for over 30 years!!!!! I provided govement documents and all things needed. They keep saying "does not match our records" Your records are wrong! Garbage approval process for kyc. You have info I provided, googles info on me, and facebooks info from log in!! If you want to buy this, i would recommend a different wallet. You will not be able to get "your money" out once you put it in "their wallet". -5 stars.

Totally disappointed. App not work in my phone previous work good but now not working. it's says oops something wrong. but i don't use Vpn. they said disabled it. it's totally disappointed. Time wasting app.

The app just won't start. It shows the black Electroneum screen and the spinning icon, - and it gets stuck there. EDIT 15/03/22 It took you a YEAR to reply. You don't give a s#!t, do you? Money, money, money - of which you have loads. I don't have skills/services to sell, so BRING BACK MOBILE MINING. Nope, you kowtow to those monsters and evil bigger than you instead of helping Humans.

This app is absolute garbage. I downloaded it and started "mining" right away but after a week of random app crashes and error messages I click on the details button and I'm brought to a page that says I have been banned from mining on their system. I'm not even going to waste my time sending a request to get account access back as it's not worth it.

What nonsense just to approve code to confirm email is a problem this is total rubbish.

Feel like you constantly still need to check on the progress. If I do so within a 15min frame it updates the current mining balance. If I however leave it running all night without going into the app next morning it updates with the same value as in the 15min frame. Something needs to be done about this has been the issue since the start for me. All settings checked and app has all rights to run in the background but doesn't seem to do so for very long apparently

Doesn't really work anymore as you have to have the app active as it won't run in the background. It keeps throwing up errors about your Internet connection which stops the mining process. The Internet connection is fine just doesn't like being used in the background a urgent fix is needed.

It does pay, good for starting without a credit or debit card as it is almost free money, no problems so far with the app. Update: As of now the app is just a wallet, I got 4 or 5 hundred etn mined since I signed, I am not happy, but can't complain since it was free. Update 2: Trying Anytask, seems to be like Fiverr but for ETN, the client pays in dollars and I get it converted to ETN tho. As of now needs a lot of improvements

Simple and easy to use. Deposit, withdraw, pay, receive, check your balance, get ETN stats from coinmarketcap, and pay your cellphone bill...in select countries. You get free ETN just for running their mobile miner simulation, and you have a wallet for your ETN instead of keeping it on an exchange - RIP cryptopia. I've been using it for 2 years now, not a single issue, not even once.

Only works for about 6 hours and then stalls. I have to close and reopen the app and sometimes it would not reconnect unless I leave the phone off for about 30 minutes. Sometimes I would have to uninstall the app just to get it to work for another 6 hours. Motorola makes great phones but electroneum does not make good apps.

For some reason it stops running in the background after a very short time on my current phone. It's a honor 7s. Running android 8.10 and fully updated. Its a cheap phone but has 2gb ram and should be enough. It ran in the background flawlessly on my last device which was far shittier than this honor. Im not sure if this is the app's fault or it has something to do with my phone settings. But for the moment, effectively i cannot mine. Would appreciate if someone could help out with this issue

The app works well. One problem. I do not need a notification to tell me that I just clicked refresh. I already know because I am the person who clicked refresh. Seems like a small thing but it's super friggin annoying to clear notifications every time I refresh the wallet. Thanks. 5 star update when fixed.

Thanks for removing my review, app is terrible, also you said something about a task app, ok. I've had tasks up there for almost a year, and not 1 has been used. This app is pointless since you can't mine anymore, and they lie to you saying it work when it doesn't

It takes longer than life to set this account up.Rejected my supporting docs a few times as well.I think they are an overkill in terms of verification security checks.

As soon as I left a one star review, my balance loaded in my wallet... So far no issues, only bad point is how long it takes to generate the minimum payout.. it took I over a month to get 100etn (40 cents at time of writing) but i guess as Electroneum grows it should be a worthwhile investment! Cheers guys Update. So nobody seems to be able to hold these in any major wallets so I guess it's stuck in the app.... Which means it's not mine...
