Ordered a Mac which was supposed to be delivered in 1 day to me as per the site before placing order. Now the site does not allow me to login. When I try to reset password it does not send me e-mail with the link. Customer care number is switched off from Monday morning. And they support only weekdays!!! No response to emails as well. Pathetic service!!! Frauds!!!

I want to rate 5 stars for EB sales service. Bcoz i ordered a desktop computer on 19/10/20, item delivered me within 4 days with ECOM EXPRESS Courier. Packing was good & item quality was good. But the negative things r customer support services. They will not pick the calls. I had waited 2 times on line for 7-8 minutes but they did not pick the call. MY ORDERS window shows a network error so we can't track, return our orders. Even their both e-mails aren't working. Plz fix these all problems.

Total wastage of your hard earned money, I have purchased a laptop by which I am totally disappointed because it doesn't work properly it hangs , automatically switch off,and working slowely,I want to return it but assistant forbade to do it ,So I request you all not to purchase anything from here😭😭😭

Your app doesn't even open. It just keeps loading for ever. Some one write back to me to solve this problem...

The worst service is provided by it. Don't waste your hard earned money by placing an order here. The customer care don't pick up the call. There's written something else in description and you'll receive something else. No replacement no refund.

Very good service. I ordered a laptop from Open Box Category. Fully satisfied with the product. The product was in excellent condition with 0 scratches or damage as promised. Also registered my product on official site for warranty with no issues.

I have booked a refurbished laptop from the site but at the time of delivery i refused to receive it cause i didn't found any positive review about the company & one more important thing is they are verifying our account without sending us any email/sms,so it lead me more in doubt

I've tried a lot of apps with a similar purpose but this is by far the best, easy to use also getting the good products in our budget....happy with the service 😊

Very bad aftersale service.Bought HP laptop on 30.8.21 which was faulty.complained to support dept ,they tried to solve problem for two days online but not successful.so they told me to return it which i did on 8.9.21 recd by them on 9.9.21.Till date i.e.23.9.21 i have not rec'd back laptop or date when will they replace it with other. So guys be careful before buying on electronic bazzar.i m herewith posting my complaint id 100048.

Working with electronic bazaar from last 2 years all products quality (A++) fantastic service support also very good. Door step service no one gives this type of services in refurbished laptops desktops. Prices also is too low with 1 year warranty.

30/09/20 This is Very Outstanding online shopping app. It gives real product for a low price. And very fast delivery and good Packing. It has big Discount and Offers. Really Value for money 👌

Worst Experience. Their inventory module not connected with invoice generation module.(Covid 19 doesn't impact on this as it only affects human being not software) After printing invoice they came to know stock is not available. Terrific 😳. Go for best inventory management software. Please Ref. Invoice PSINRLWH20211947. Thanks😒

Such a worst experience with the sellers Booked a product on 13/March and till now it hasn't been dispatched.The customer service only lies about dispatch and delivery.. Frustrated with this shopping. Don't Loose ur hard earned money here...

How to trust for buying product quality... May be after receiving product if don't return the product , what I do... Advertisement ok but so many fake website here in playstore. I need any buying customer feedback

My money return is not received even after 18 days of canceling the order. Even after calling, there is no response in the team of electronics bazaar.. I am totally disappointing.

The company claims to provide you a refurbished laptop. However it's not refurbished its actually second hand. They buy second hand laptops and sell you with a Microsoft certified stickers. For refund they dont reply soon. And if they reply then the answer is very common "ITS UNDER PROCESS". Tge best thing tondo is take a laptop on rental basis around your surrounding rather than trusting this company. The company seems to be a bigger scam then Hawala Kand as well. I will never recommend anyone

Purchase only if you wish to lose your mind peace. First of all there's no guarantee that the product you'll receive will work post purchase. There customer service team is slow as hell. Keep on mailing them they'll not revert. Frustrating process of refund.

Very big fraud app... I was a regular customer if this app 5 years back... but its sales managers are very fraud... one of the TSM sahil mujoo took 3 mobiles from me for the replacement 4 years back but till now no replacement received... also I replaced laptops and I had a refund of about rs 40000 for the last 4 years... I had contacted shared ji md of this company and also mailed all details but till now I had not received any refund..... So it is a fraud... plz don't trust this site

I had purchased laptop in feb 2021 and its thinkpad ,company said that they will provide 1year replacement warranty but according to my experience these are fraud and fake From last 45 day I raise service request 20 times but i dont get any reply My laptop's keyboard isnt working So my requset to all users that please dont purchase 2nd hand items from these types of fake and frauds

I had a wonderful experience with them. I bought refurbished latop（hp probook）recently, it's in great condition working nicely and I am quite satisfied with the product. The customer service very friendly, they reply immediately to the queries and also provide a co-ordinator, mine is a guy name Amir Lalse, he is quite friendly and talks very humbly, sorted all my queries I had regarding the laptop very patiently and politely. I am very thankful to them.❤

After last update can't search anything in app EB team must rectify this serious bug now we can't order from app.
