It's handy to have because I lost my main remote. So, it helps change screen modes easily. The volume feature would be more appreciated if the volume arrows would increase/decrease the volume by less than "10" increments @ 1 touch. Only adjusts the volume in increments of "10" ..... making the television too loud or too low.
Crashes as soon as it's opened. Don't even get to work on it because it won't open. Just stops responding immediately
Like others, the app will not stay open for longer than a few seconds on my Samsung s6 edge plus. Waste of time.
I have a 32 inch smart element TV and there is NO option to "connect remote" or anything like that. Next time you create an application it will be great if it actually worked
The instructions don't match my screens. I do not have a portable remote section. This is useless.

It really does not work. We lost our remote control. So we downloaded it. But it was bad luck. What ever you do don't download this app.
Doesn't work. The instructions on how to get the code doesn't work. I followed the instructions to the letter and the last thing it says to do isn't an option on my TV.
Unreliable, cause I had a s7 edge I would of sent the maker to the police if I see this non workable app

Works great. To all of you saying it doesn't work your phone and tv both need to be connected to your wifi network.
Both my friend and I can't keep it open for more than 3 seconds and it crashes. On S6 and s7 edge.
The keyboard function doesn't work with the YouTube app on the TV, which was the only reason I downloaded it. Pretty pointless.
App does not work with android phone. It automatically closes as soon as its opened. Don't waste your time with this app.
It won't connect to the tv. I'll go in and type the 6 digit code but it does nothing

I can't find a code either. The app from my TV remote for YouTube doesn't work. The only app that does work is the Netflix app. The USB connection doesn't recognize my phone. I just want to use my smart tv as a smart tv.....

This app is useless asked for a 6 connection code when tvs only have 3-4 number codes! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
When I first downloaded this app, it kept saying it stopped responding. I finally got it to go to where you enter the code and entered the code from my tv. It is a little fickle and does not work at times. I would not depend on this app to run my television but it MAY be ok in a pinch IF it decides to work at that time. I do have both my phone (Samsung S7) and television on the same WiFi network
