Elements Mobile Banking

The app I pretty convenient for my online banking! The only reason I ranked it lower than five stars is it can be slow and glitch from time to time. The confirmation messages for mobile deposit checks can also be a bit delayed at times. Other than that, I'm super thankful my bank has this app for their account holders!!

Updated review: thanks to the awesome customer service gal, she helped me finally set up an easy payment option. The app could still use some updates.

Bill pay function on app doesn't work, the whole reason I downloaded the app. Just goes to a website with bad code.

Wish they offered more than just the basic payment. I want to pay more towards principal, I can only do that on my paper statement.

Elements is great, but this app needs some work. Recently I have been unable to use the 'deposit check' feature of this app. Everything works until it comes time to photograph the check for deposit. This hasn't been an issue with the app until recently, but when I go to photograph the check the image is blurry and there's a gray overlay to everything (making a clear photo impossible). It's not an issue with my device as the camera works as it should on all other applications. Please fix.

I have used this software, and previous versions for years....very easy and responsive and flexible. However, it is. Clumsy for managing payees and does not provide any export report capabilities. The filter system provides incomplete reports THAT CANNOT BE EXPORTED, DOWNLOADED OR PRINTED.

Since the recent update it takes me 4-5 tries to log in (if I'm lucky). Before then I had zero issues with the login process. I've already reached out to tech support over a month ago and still no update or solution. It's hard to use a bank that touts ease-of-access via app when the app doesn't work (personal or business account).

Not happy with this app anymore - the only way to log in for the last several days has been to uninstall and reinstall. If I try to log in more than once on a fresh install it just spins. Very inconvenient. • EDIT - Re-installed on 12.27.18 and haven't had any issues with limited testing. Updating rating to 3 stars until I've had more chances to use it. • EDIT 2-22-19 - Not displaying accounts. Changing to 1-star and uninstalling. It's a shame that I can't seem to have stability with this app, I have other financial/banking apps that don't have these problems.

At first it worked really good but now it just doesn't let me log in. Takes a really long time loading just for me to get an error message. I have to keep installing and uninstalling but I have to use the app because I bank with them. I'm honestly leaning towards changing banks if this keeps happening.

Used to love this app, I dont know what they changed. I have to uninstall and reinstall if I ever want to use it which is insanely inconvenient. I used to get on this app daily and now it just spins on both my Android phone and my iPad Pro apps. Judging by the other reviews, I am not the only one with this issue. Very disappointed.

Probably since the most recent update I only get a "unknown error has occurred" error whenever I try to log in through the app. I updated my password from my computer just in case,as I thought someone had gotten access to my account somehow but it seems to just be the app. I see responses from the developers saying to other reviews that this has been restored to work, but why am I still not able to log in? I can do it from a computer but not my phone?

Pretty easy to navigate, everything is self-explanatory, even for those new to online banking. It has a few levels of customization on ordering your accounts, and even gives the iron of adding other accounts to keep all in one place!

Cant login, says installed still wont let me log in. What happened, it was working great before this. Update: as of 2:10 PM I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone... it still will not let you login to you account. It keeps going into the you have to upgrade loop.

Love the updates, the budget tool is easy to use. I like having the ability to have all my accounts from other banks in one place. The transaction descriptions are much easier to understand!!

I've uninstalled and re-installed several times and I still get a nonstop loading but never logs in. Please fix this issue. It's apparent that others are having the same problem. Whats the point of an app if it doesnt work as it should?

I had some issues with the most recent update. I was quickly contacted by Ashley with elements who worked with me on troubleshooting and got everything up and running again. Wonderful customer service!!

App has worked fine until today. Went to deposit my paycheck like every week and it won't let me access the mobile deposit function. It keeps telling me my RDC accounts are unavailable. And because they make you write Mobile Deposit Only on the back of the check, I can't take it into the bank to deposit it now.

Since I refinanced this company I can not make payments through the app as other financial companies only accept automatic payments or have an account with them I put my information from my bank and it does not give you the option of being able to pay with your own bank account ... they force you to have an account with them or otherwise pay 10 extra dollars each you want to make a payment .. in case they charge me high interest and above these thieves try to get more money like birds of prey

can never log in... either says "connectivity issue" or loads for hours... I'm not sure what the problem is but I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3x since December 2018. please fix your app!!!!

Elements Financial is awesome. This app is able to provide access to everything you need, from accessing accounts to Billpay. Great FCU, great app.

Great app very easy

I can't access my account at all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn't do anything. I'm sick of this app. I have auto updates enabled and it hasn't updated. It would be great if they gave us a way to update it....

It is literally impossible to make any kind any kind of loan payments online or through the app. If you link an external account, you can select the account to transfer or make any payments.

Never experience any glitches. Easy to navigate. Its current in comparison to other financial applications. Overall very good app.

Works well, bland look though. I do like that I can view other accounts from my other banks. Update the app to total the balances, please! (See the Mint app for an example!!)

Very user friendly. I used to have difficulties with ck deposit (taking and accepting imiages specially the back of ck), today I had no issues. All and all, I like the ability to deposit cks. I do like bring able to ck my accounts status.

Does NOT work on Samsung/android phones. I've uninstalled/installed/restarted phone several times and still does not work. Works fine on my work iPhone, but I need it on my personal phone.

Can't reset password? I'm trying to reset my password on my phone and no matter how I access the login (app, Chrome, Brave) I get an error saying I can't reset my password on an "unregister browser" and that I have to call Customer Service. To reset my password? That's beyond ridiculous.
