Elevate Parcel

EDIT: FINALLY GOT IT WORKING! I went to phone settings, then apps, then Elevate Parcel. Once in Elevate Parcel settings, I clicked "storage" and cleared both cache and data. THAT did not work alone, so under "Install unknown apps" I changed settings to ALLOW. I added 2 more stars to my review and will continue to add more if the app runs well.

Sometimes the search works and sometimes it doesn't - I find I can't just paste an address most of the time, I have to backspace to get the suggestions flowing and then the address might show up. Most of the time the first photo on a property doesn't show up and is a broken link. The plat maps aren't accessible either, the app just spins and never loads them. Other than these items it works pretty well.

After reading the reviews, I felt compelled to post my own. I have not had the negative experience that so many others have had. The app works great for me. Maybe it's the version of phone some people own, I don't know, but it works fine on my Motorola Android. I hope the developers keep the app running and keep it updated.

App is extremely slow, not overly user friendly, and often just doesn't work. Every time I save a home, the next time I go back into the app it's a completely different home.

Edit: Over 2 months later, the app is still broken. Please remove this app from Playstore if it is no longer supported. - The app now broken. It used to be a great app but now it does nothing. Reinstalled several times and it doesn't work on an S9 with the latest update.

This app is atrocious. It used to work, but now it doesn't. When I try to login with a different service (Google), it literally just brings me to a blank screen with no further option. Guess I'll uninstall and figure out something else.

I am having the same issue that I see in most reviews from 25 July 2021 to present (14 Sept 2021). I get a flashing blue circle icon in the middle of a white screen and none of the icons or menus do anything. I just reported it to tech support. They replied promptly and referred me to a URL from July 2017 which suggests some options that appear to be unavailable on my Pixel 4a running Android 11. I cleared cache and cleared data on the app, did a Force Stop, uninstalled, and reinstalled. No fix. My phone does not offer any visible option to clear cached data for all apps at once and the "wipe cache partition" option is not available in the "Recovery Mode" menu on my phone.

Trying to open White County gis. Miami County opens instead. I had same problem 2 years ago... still not fixed! This error never happens with Beacon. Beacon is still 1,000 times better! I have no idea why counties buy this company's software! Must be cheap!!

Doesn't work anymore. Used to be a great tool but now it just spins. Everything points to this app and it's hard to find the data elsewhere.

Leaving this review as encouragement. Thank you for keeping things going for so long and always working towards improvement. I am having trouble getting the app to run as previous reviewers have mentioned but hope I can be of assistance and determining why!

The app worked great until the last update. It will not load. I uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn't fix it. Completely unable to use the app now.

Works excellently and it always has! I love this app and use it all the time! Very grateful for it! It does sometimes seem to load slowly but that may be my data connection.

It's missing Jackson county and Jennings county. And Hobart county freeze's when you click any properties. But other than that it's a great app I rated it 4 stars would of been 5 if it had the 2 missing county's

App stopped functioning after the last update. Makes it just a touch harder to perform essential functions of one's job...

Works perfect for me, I noticed some people say their email is invalid my says the same thing when I use auto fill but if I type it all the way through it works fine, only thing I don't care for is you have to sign back in every time you change to a different county

Tried steps described by Jordan Sites. Didn't work. Using Samsung S21. Never loads. Just get blinking blue dot. App used to work great. Now completely useless. Please fix.

It worked last year, but doesn't do anything now. Just loads endlessly and never does anything. Try to uninstall, reinstall, and still nothing

Interesting idea, if it worked. Which it doesn't. Can't even create an account, keeps giving me an error message that my email address is invalid, which it isn't.

Useless. Opens to a blank Pick a County page. Uninstalled and downloaded twice and same result. Permanently uninstalled.

This is an absolutely horrible app. Extremely poor map. You better know the address before you search, then you have to pay $15 a month

It's worked fine for the last several months now it's completely locked up ...I've uninstalled and then reinstalled and it just sits there and does nothing

Loads map once then never pulls any information or property boundaries again. Go back to the old app, it always worked.

App is now garbage. It used to work great but since the last update it doesn't do anything. Complete waste of an update.

How to fix loading glitch- go to settings->apps->elevate parcel, clear cache,and clear app data. Uninstall, reinstall. Otherwise it's a good app!

Very unfriendly. Does not show road numbers. App needs to be updated.

Too bad the app doesn't currently seem to be able to recognize a property owner(s) and at least provide free access to them about their own property.

It will NOT work on my android phone, but still work on my iPad. Wish they would fix this.
