Elevate Rewards

Having issues logging in and requested change password, says it is sending link - nothing comes in. Than requested support, but fails sending. Ps also deleted app and reinstalled same issue.

I've saved almost $100 using this app. it is super easy and every dime you spend at Evo Entertainment goes towards your rewards. even when you buy movie tickets off of the app. it's literally free money. I dont really understand why they use the app unless it's to keep people coming back, which isnt needed due to the awesome games, bowling, movies, food and full bar. it's a favorite date spot for the wife and I.

2nd App Update worked! Thanks for working on it and fixing it! I can purchase tickets again! Update: Updated the app , but now I get an err_cleartext_not permitted page instead of the white page with a grey line. For some reason the seat selection page still isn't coming up. New update did not work. App still gets stuck on a white screen with a line through it and I am unable to purchase tickets. I have contacted customer support and they have never responded. Disappointing.

App is good, but there is a time limit to use rewards and then you lose them if not used, found that out by accidently pressing one. And also there is a time frame that they need to be redeemed before they expire from the app also.

This app has always worked fine for me. Now when I try to view seats for a particular showtime, it goes to a blank white screen and won't move past it.

Better than other theater apps. Easy to track rewards. The showtimes is still a little clumsy. Make it to where I can search by theater instead of movie.

I thoroughly enjoy this app! Good rewards! If you love going to the movies, why not get rewarded for it? And when I had a major issue and they worked tirelessly to help me fix it. Thanks!

The app is pretty easy to use and a nice flow for ticket purchases. What would be nice is for the app to have a history of all viewed movie purchases like the Santikos app does.

Installers beware. My Samsung Galaxy Note 9 just informed me this phone was using my camera in the background. When hovering over my app permissions I had turned camera access off previously. Security flaw I will not trust this app until there is a security update.

After selecting showtimes the app goes to a white screen and does not load payment or confirmation options. Used previously without issues and have uninstalled and reinstalled with no improvements.

Love this app but the last 2 times I can't buy my tickets on here. I see I'm not the only one with this issue and i notice that no one has comment to help either.

Had to uninstall and try again. Reported the app weeks ago. It errors when you are trying to see what movies are playing.

Good in the sense of advertising and getting u to sign up. But when u spend so much money and have so many promises from the Evo company it's not worth it. Been a Gold member for month and have never received a Gold member perk as promised once a month in their own advisement. It's a joke

Have tried numerous times to download app and it will not.. unfortunate since I've seen 4 movies with my son and always eaten there so no benefit for myself if the app will not download on Android.

The place seems pretty cool, even though the movie we wanted to watch was sold out we got to enjoy the Cafe and was able to use my reward towards our meal. Hopefully on our next visit we are able to enjoy a movie.

They don't give credit for purchases if you use a Discover card which is what I have an I think that's stupid!!

I hope the app shows the food menu

Constant annoying notifications even after changing settings and unsubscribing from all lists and notifications

Wonderful for rewards. Easy to use. Doesn't support online payments though.

Seat selection choice could use an improvement for more than four on the back rows where there's a space between sections
