Elevation App

Just downloaded the app.😶‍🌫️ I looked forward to using it immediately. ⚠️Sadly it was glitchy and unreliable. 😟🥺I'll check back in a few months to see if anything changes.

I not sure what happened but I like the previous version. It doesn't have the option to play audio in the background and the ability to save offline. I wish these features will be available on the next update. I know we can listen audio version via spotify but there are certain sermons thats not available there, like code orange which is one of my favorites.

I really LOVE Elevation church and I really LOVED the OLD app, but not so with the new one. After being required to upgrade, I was unable to log on and was unable to locate an option to download any of the messages, which is my preferred method in order to listen offline. I wound up deleting it from my phone. PLEASE either make this as user-friendly as the previous version, or make that version available also. Thank you!

Too hard to listen. I love listening on my mobile every week but this new app is not easy. It turns off randomly, very difficult to pause and pick up later or even replay last x seconds. Have to keep starting from the beginning. Stopped listening unless I can do it all at once.

I love Elevation Church but am not enjoying the new app. I have listened/watched via podcasts, youtube and the old app. All were better than this app. It does not allow you to see which videos you have already viewed, some streams wont play at all, and there are no audio only streams for when I cannot sit and watch. I will let the app idle in the hopes that these get fixed, otherwise I'll just delete and try to find elsewhere.

So its an app from my favorite church giving inspiration and hope to millions for free so how can you be mad right.... but, Im having multiple issues with this app. First and foremost I can't log in because the "password reset" email is not getting sent to my email (have tried multiple times now) Secondly I dont see where my old "favorite" sermons that I've previously downloaded on the old version are which is somewhat disheartening. Hoping these challenges get some attention soon!

I do not like new APP. Can't do audio only; can't pickup where you left off; can't fast forward; can't place in your pocket to listen; It's just like YouTube now and that's not a compliment. I will be installing if not changed back to old functions when I could download sermons and listen multiple times on the go to capture all the little nuggets of wisdom. Pastor Furtick gets 5 stars; this APP gets zero stars.

The "Giving" feature of this app is extremely flawed because once it sends you a 6 digit code for you to input to complete the giving transaction, it takes you back to the page where you entered the amount instead when you try to enter the 6 digit code. After you've made several attempts, the app closes.

Not a huge fan of the new app. I really liked the ability to download audio instead of playing a full video on my commute. Major bummer. I would love to see this addressed. Happy to change rating after that. Content is amazing.

I love elevation but this new update was not cool. what happened to the listen option instead of watch? I drive through denver and often listen to elevation however Now I can't just listen I have to watch and streaming the video skips and skips and skips and I missed the message why did you take away the listen tabs and the library tap I don't think that it got much better than that

Love the church. They need a better app. The app now won't work unless you let it see your location. There is no reason to see my location. The in app video won't expand to fill screen on my phone's. The experience is better using my web browser

I love Elevation, but this app needs some work. No casting support that I can see. Also, video is very "glitchy" and often the audio gets out of sync with the video.

I can't find a way to download messages and listen via audio later; which is the main way I was accessing the content - listening in the car. Downloading audio was also important for here in South Africa - data is expensive here so waiting to be on wifi somewhere and then downloading is the best option. Would love this to work the same way as before

I love Elevation Church but this app is terrible. I have attempted to uninstall/reinstall several times and like many others, all I get is an orange screen. Hopefully they fix this. Their sermons are awesomely relevant and relatable and listening to them was a favorite part of my morning routine.

I love this church but not a fan of the new app. my biggest issue is not being able to download or listen to the sermons. I personally preferred the old app. in my opinion. way better then the new one. once these problems are fixed, 5 Stars all the way

Great content. Listen button doesn't always work for podcast versions - audio does not load, and there is no time /duration shown. Video links to YouTube are fine.

I am not able to sign in with my old account please help. ☹️. If i do forgot password then also i dont receive any emails on my email address to reset one. In my old app everything was set. But now in this new app they dont give an update to the existing app they tell us to download it from google play very disapppointed. ☹️☹️

I live in a rural area with poor service so I enjoyed downloading sermons before I left for work so I could listen during my 1 hour commute. I don't understand why that function was removed. I deleted the app. Hopefully they will fix it and I can download it again. I miss getting my God download in the mornings.

Love it! Highly recommended! I can access all of the church sermons with ease. I can join sermons live at multiple times of the day, or catch missed sermons whenever I want. This app also connects you easily with the church staff, or to get connected with locals for watch parties. You can connect to the efam, join an egroup, or volunteer for online, or local outreaches and it's simple to tithe. You can do all this easily through the app.

Hello, hoping you are having a very Blessed day. Really disappointed with this new app, having a hard time connecting to watch the service, unable to chat with E Fam☹. I uninstalled it and installed back and still is not the same, not connecting properly I really like the old way, as I am writing to you unable to watch the service, really sad. Great App. But an audio only version of the sermons that still plays in the background and download able to offline mode will make the sermons more accessible. Please return the feature.

I like the new app but it's missing the feature where you can just listen to the app without having to watch it. I love listening to the app while I'm at work but now I can't find a way to do that without watching it. please fix

Please fix the bugs I've had this app for years and it has really helped me get through some tough times; however, recently I'm having a hard time accessing any other sermons or giving please fix the app selected continued to worship. What's the glitches or fix I will put it back at a 5 star because Pastor furtick continues to be an amazing spiritual father and teacher to myself and many others

I love elevation but man, the new ver of the app removed the feature where you can download the audio and let it play in the background. I missed the podcasts too.

Like others have said I love the church and watch every week. I wanted more so I decided to download the app and it's barely functional. I tried watching several past sermons and they just didn't work. I uninstalled and re installed and the same thing.

I'm unable to login or obtain an email as stated in the app. I can't save the messages as before (or at least see an option). Great design look, but this update fails on a few items.

Have you fixed the playback bugs? I couldn't get through a sermon without it locking up after a few minutes so I've blocked notifications and don't even use the app anymore. Instead I get my 5 minute dose of sermons via Instagram... I hope this has been fixed, because the sermons are incredible.

This app is easy to use and very convenient to listen to Elevation's current & previous sermons all in one place. Watching live sermons from the app is a great feature, so you don't have to get on a social media platform. They even have a comments section & a moderator to help, encourage, and pray with you during these livestreams. Pastor Steven always brings a divinely inspired message that can bring you closer in your walk with our Lord. Thank you Elevation Church for all you do! PTL

Great app but the fact that I can not have an option to listen only like the previous app bums me out. Now I have to have ther screen on just to hear a sermon. bring back the listen option and I will give it 5⭐.

I really wish this newer app had the old app feature of giving you the option to just listen to the sermon instead of having to play the video. It comes in hand while working out!
