Absolutely useless. Why make an app or sell a speaker that doesn't work. It was a gift but I much rather not have wasted my time.

As seems to be the case with all other users this App will not open up at all so it renders the speaker completely useless ..makes me wonder how companies get away with this

I can't open the app!
A long time ago, I tried to set up a Klipad Alpha 1 and it just didn't work. Decided to try again today and get the same thing… at the "sign in with Amazon" stage, it just shows 3 moving blue dots but goes no further even when left for a very long time. So, basically, without being able to complete the setup, the speaker is useless.
