Awful. I got the free dance today but after trying 6 times to share it the app keeps freezing and becoming non-responsive. I'll close the app try again, same result. I have yet to be able to preview anything, scroll through the list of options or even make a purchase if I wanted too. Everytime I try to select a dance, I get the faces loaded and it comes back to being the same dance EVERYTIME. It's just been no fun and a waste of time.

Warning! Don't download until it's fixed! While it can be a fun app, after creating and downloading dances, it no longer let's me see them. Even the ones i sent via text aren't even showing up there. The folder disappeared from my gallery. Now i have to search for it with my folders app to find it. The videos no longer play either though they're there. What happened? Can you fix this? Also like countless others said, the quality suffers when you actually share it. I'll rate it 5 if you fix it.

This was such a great experience when it first came out. Now the app freezes on my phone and the video is literally unwatchable, literally running at like 3 frames per minute. This used to work on budget phones from 6 years ago and now my 2021 redmi note 10 can't video playback on it?! Utterly disappointed and wondering if this is done deliberately to force you to pay money to download the high Res video.

I have loved the online version for years, but I was very disappointed after downloading this app. Only one or two of the videos are free. The photos are also very hard to manipulate into the right positioning, which, when coupled with the lack of free options, made this app very frustrating.

Highway robbery. I have had this app since it was oringally released, several years ago. Each year I would purchase a new dance to use for our family. This year I open the app and create a video with a dance I've already purchased and when I download it, the quality is terrible. You can't even make out the faces. I discovered to get HD version of the video that they want to charge you 4$ in addition to what you already spent on the dance, just to be able to make out the people. Terrible people.

very good app works well on my Android and video runs when I share with another Android device. when sent to an Apple IoS the video sent will not run. Title comes up and music plays but video stuck. if you save and play on device it plays. Needs looking at this bug. Otherwise very good.

The app produces fun results, am very happy with that. I am having difficulty posting to Facebook though, it says there are copyright issues. I've even changed the music in Samsung video editor and get the same copyright issues. This may be a Facebook bug 🐛 and it is disappointing that I can't easily share the videos there.

I have downloaded and used this app without any problems for the grandgirlies for a fair few years. This year despite all of my best efforts including uninstalling and reinstalling many times the app will not download and generate my chosen free dances. I have contacted and had responses from the help team without any success. I'm at a loss as to what to do next and have 4 disappointed little girls!!!

Not as good as it used to be. Firstly had issues with saving and then when it finally did I received a message a while later about copyright being infringed. I'm guessing it now only works properly if you pay. I might have considered that had it worked well with a free dance.

The ability to add a face is very easy. It even works with my dog's face, which my family loves. I gave only 4 stars instead of 5 because as a long-time user of this app I would like different videos to choose from. Also, the price for this app is very reasonable. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. :)

Buggy. Been trying for over a week and it doesn't enable the advertised free dances, and when you finally make a video, it doesn't share or download the whole thing - only a clipped version. Granted I haven't paid so I can't really complain.

Worked last year, bought the annual pass this year to make different videos and every single video I try to make fails. Reached out to support and no answer. If I can find a way to get a refund for the annual pass I will as the app does not work.

There's not much to complain about, the app is hilarious and so simple to use! There were 2 free videos & an offer to access all videos for $5.99 for a year, a no brainer for me. The only cons I've noticed are: In the age of instant everything, it takes about 30 seconds to download every video I want to try (I might admit that's more a con of the now too impatient human race lol) Another somewhat con was w/sharing videos- it's not a 1 click process and...well...the whole impatient human thing😬

This app used to work I think 2yrs ago and it was great, then last year they did something that made the videos save to your phone at a horrible quality, then they updated the app again and it will not let you save the videos at all. Emails back and forth with tech support last year and they could not find the issue. Gave up and uninstalled, downloaded today hoping fixed and it's hasn't. AVOID paying for all dances until fixed, if ever.

Works well to make videos, but then they get blocked on social media by Warner. I recut the video to some different music in an editor and they blocked that too, mind you (though I won that appeal!) So it's hard to know who is at fault, but as it stands not so useful.

great fun with the grandkids. We purchased this app back on Dec 14th 2017. Enjoyed it until my phone crashed. When I had to reinstall my apps, it no longer says we OWN IT. We have paid the $5.99 then on Feb 28 & Nov 22 2018 an additional $3.96 for 4 additional dances. Now we can't save etc ANY dances!!!

It is a great fun app. Love it. Well worth it. I do have one huge complaint. The saved video quality is very dissapointing for a paid for app. I hoped the quality of the saved video would be better when I paid for them. But they where the same. At least give us an option to choose on safe size and quality.

I downloaded this app to do some fun videos for Christmas. After I created my first and only video, I saved it to my phone with the option given on the app, but the app proceeded to save 1100 plus photos and videos to my phone as well. I promptly deleted all of the saved photos from the app and then deleted the app as well. It had potential but that's not a cool thing to do. 👎👎👎

Used to give you a free video of a dance. Now it just shows a single silent enticement preview then it says GIVE US YOUR MONEY. Its an expensive app too. Was a much better app when it was new several years ago. They also make you agree to a huge legal document before you can try out the app & Impossible to read that gigantic legal document on your phone. Also after reading other's experiences of getting ripped off I'm not going to use it. Very disappointing.

You charged me too many times for HD videos, forcing me to uninstall the app and taking steps to make sure you could not take any more money. I have already contacted your 'support' team but you continued to make things tricky for me to get my money back dispite providing you with all relevant information. I shall not be using you again.

When I first got this app I loved it. However when I discovered that everytime I shut my phone off and restart it Elfyourself takes its files and puts them in my gallery so I end up with anywhere from 10-20 folders with anywhere from 5-600 plus files in each folder. I have to go and delete those folders which takes FOREVER!!!! Elfyourself FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!! Or go Elfyourself 😅

I love the video quality when sent via Facebook and email, BUT the video quality when sent via text message is TERRIBLE. It's so blurry that you can't make out the faces and the background is blurry too. Text message is the fastest way to communicate with family and friends, so it's important that the video quality be clear for text messages too.

Photo options limited. doesn't give you the option to use any photo from your library FB or phone only random ones it selects which in my case excluded any of my son and a very limited selection of my partner or myself even though there are plenty recent ones on my phone and FB that would have been perfect for this purpose.

I have been using this app for a few years now. Love all the dances and actually bought them, little cross that you can now get those dances free after paying out so much but it still doesn't detract from the app. Just wished I could dance like I do on this app lol. Easy to place the faces and easy to share. Also liked the Valentine version of this app.
