Samsung just release a new One UI systems update. I'm having issues opening your app after the new update. Not allowing to open app. I have uninstalled app and rebooted my phone. I can sign in online but I prefer using the app for the convenient. I'm so happy that you guys were able to fix the problem with the new update that came out on 2/7/19.

My experience is horrible change your app settings so I can use the app without restarting my phone and waiting 15 minutes I'm so tired of not being able to do anything on this app because Facebook was open on my phone at one point, this has been happening for forever on this app and literally makes the it unusable. FIX IT FIX IT FIX IT.

I had to drop my review due to the updates. It's a inconvenience to not be able to use the app at all without the update. Storage issue could be a problem for customers. They miraculously did this on the day I had things to do. There are apps that gives people a choice whether if they like the current version, and etc.

Update was A huge mistake. This app used to be awesome however when it was updated/revamped, it messed it all up. I have difficulty with it almost every other day and can't access it without turning my phone off and back on again or uninstalling the app altogether and reinstalling. Who wants to go through that? Its ridiculous

I don't understand what's wrong, I went into the branch earlier to change my password and got in! but soon as I get home with the same exact information I can't open it at all.... I'm frustrated because I know I'm not tripping.😵 HELP ME I'M READY TO UNINSTALL! I tried on two different devices, and it says error each time.

Transferring money from one family member to another use to be easy. No Longer.Now they have changed the format of the account designators and set it to default to whatever account it feels if you get it wrong. That's what happened and now lots of time is being wasted trying to get them to put it into the correct account.

Initialy, installed the ELGA App and would not open, kept getting message "Not in service, reboot or try again later." Very frustrating! After a few days I tried again and ELGA App Opened! Finally, was aple to use all the wonderful and unique features offered in the Mobile app! 😁

Your app was fine. You updated it, forcing us to "verify" our identity using our account number and last 4 of SS number. Cool, fine, not a big deal. EXCEPT YOUR STUPID APP DOESN'T RECOGNIZE MY ACCOUNT NUMBER!! NOW IM LOCKEDOUT??? OF WHAT? I DIDNT EVEN LOGIN! Yes, I input the info correctly. I checked everytime to ensure it was correct......

Was working great! Then all of a sudden it stopped letting me log in.. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it just gives me an error message or tells me to try again later. Or it just keeps showing the loading circle and never loads.

I love this app I logged into it officially 1000 times now and 3 years it's an excellent way to do online banking and obviously 5 used to a thousand times and this is my anniversary so I thought that I would finally rate it after 3 years of using this app I can honestly say you can transfer your money from different account you can ask for lower interest rate, you can apply for your Elga credit ,it's actually got the lowest interest rate the nation!!! It's basically just like being in the bank

The app works very well. Except the txt alearts are whack. Sometimes I get an alert and others 3 days late. The balance shown in txt alert is not actual balance. Many charges are pending days later and nobody seems to know why. Probably all ELGAs shortcomings not the app so I gave it4 stars. Fix your broken txt alert systems please ELGA.Im about to close out my account and go with a preaid visa. They send very accurate txt alerts. ELGW not so much.

App worked great until i had to update it again for the 2nd time within 2 weeks. Now it wont even let me install. There is no reason why i shouldnt be able to avoid a stupid update in order to even use the app. If im forced to use the browser to check my account i will eventually switch banks. Get it together ELGA!!

Still not working!!! So frustrating!!! uninstalled and reinstalled still the same thing. Not sure where we are supposed to go get this update from as Google play store doesn't have a option to update the app. Please advise.

Would give it 5 stars if it worked 100% if it would open. Instead it decides not open the app. Everytime it does this i have to restart my phone. Really annoying

The app will not open. Message says service unavailable, to reboot system and try again. My phone service and data work fine! I was just in it yesterday. Please fix asap!!

The app does not open on my phone everytime. I have only been able to utilize it two times. I have had to uninstall, then reinstall it three times. Not proficient at all

I used this every day till today. App prompted me to enroll due to an update, and it doesn't recognize my info. I hope they fix this issue! Why did they have to upgrade an app that was PERFECT the way it was!

So-so app. Payee list under Bill Pay takes several minutes to load. Don't have the option to pay extra principal on car loans. UPDATED 12/5/19 fingerprint sign-in no longer works, even after resetting everything.

Have uninstall and re install app almost daily because it glitches so much. I have NEVER been able to get the phone service to work when I call to check my balances so I was excited about the app. Now I cant even do that. I literally cannot check my accounts. Please do something about this app.

Love the upgraded app! So happy to see my save your change progress and my estatements! Had no trouble enrolling when I used my member number. Thanks for making the app available to businesses now, too!!!

It keeps saying there is a update when its all up to date so when i try to log in that notice keeps popping up even though im up to date i even deleted and re downloaded....other than that its a great app

It says I can't access my account because the app was updated in Feb 2021 and says I need to update it, but when I go to the app it gives no option to update.

For the past 4 days it keeps saying, "temporarily unavailable try rebooting system", when I try to access the mobile app. So frustrating!!

Why cant I get this to update or reinstall now. Tried updating all day yesterday was pending all day. Uninstalled last night tried to reinstall still pending this morning with zero progress. Dont understand why you've changed something that wasn't broken.

Could have a slightly more attractive interface but features are on point. Needs dark mode (or maybe it has and Idk where to access it yet)

The app worked great yesterday, nowy fingerprint isn't working, couldn't remember my password so I tried to change it, and both kept saying the service isn't available, is there something going on with the app??

Costantly freezes up and will not allow me to use it. Touch is unresponsive. Have to uninstall and reinstall.

This app once installed it gets to the first page and it won't let you skip or get the instructions it freezes up on the very install wish it would go back to the other before the update
