App instructs to connect with the router wifi and is hesitating to move ahead with the exact login credentials provided by Etisalat. Phone - One Plus 5T. How hard it is for you guys to manage it?

Very bad app ever I have downloaded only once it worked at the begening after than it never open again and it shows try again try again, please do the needful so that we can use it and take advantage of it. Thanks

I tried on S8 and J7...this app crashes everytime... whts the use of this app if it is not working... seems to be launched without testing. Please test first on different mobile devices.

I can't believe this app is from Etisalat. I thought it's a fake apps. After I installed I can't access it. Always says i am not connected to the network...

It never gets connected to wifi showing "please try again" even after reinstalling the app. Admin, SOS!!!

I am surprised that this app doesn't accept the correct login credentials and just reluctant to go ahead, is anyone looking in to this or not, why this dumb app is being circulated here with no use...wastage of data for download and time

Wost app, I couldn't believe this a app from etisalat, Tried multiple times to Login but Failed, It keep showing "Try Again Later''.

Rubbish application. Keeps on crashing immediately after opening. Good for nothing.

Third class app by third category internet service provider. i have complained for slow internet browsing. Etisalat open and close the complain without contacting us.

HI, I blocked a device from my mobile through this app, now I want to unblock but I can't,,,, I change even user ID & Password but I couldn't unblock the device what I blocked from this app,

Unfortunately i blocked my phone as it is not showing the devices by name only by IP address and you may block devices mistakenly plus you cannot unblock again

app shuts down immediately after login. it seems to be a common problem unresolved

Unable to login,even enter the correct user name and password.always it shows "Pls try again."

Please update the App and make compatible with new black modem. I have made a complain also on 101 but still no update available on google store

This app is nonsense, I downloaded this app trice from my mobile but I cannot access to this app as I am getting only message on my mobile is "PLEASE TRY AGAIN"
