The worst app ever, can't watch live match without interruption. Continuously getting interrupted after every 15-20 second
Give username and password after sign up but cannot log in.. notifying as invalid 😮💨
Not working, and always saying that the password is wrong even after reseting it.
Provided account details are not ok. Can not log in. Very bad experience.
Login does not work no matter what I try. Nothing worse than being charged for a service you cannot use. I wish I could give this app zero starts because 1 star is too generous.
An app just as this would be the future of old TV receiver box, so i would highly recommend them to be compatible with Android TV or TV OS, which its is not unfortunately.
Used to watch eLifeON on my laptop screen by connecting my Galaxy Note 10+ through Smsung Dex. Now eLifeON has blocked the picture when played on laptop screen while the phone is connected through Samsung Dex. Only the Audio plays. I wonder why such a restriction is required while this is a paid app that can be played only on one device at a time.

Very terrible! I had been trying to log in multiple times but always saying invalid password or username!
I like the new update. I just wish that my media and video pack in the phone App. is the same as the TV. Because not all of the movies are included only 5 are in the phone App. if that happen diffnetly will give it a 5stars
The app is very busy and not straight forward... There is no Picture in Picture support in Android Phones.. There is no way to cast it in your TV like Android TV or Chromecast or on Samsung TV.. What is the point of this really ?
When i downloaded it and see all videos and tv programs have to pay for subscriptions..then i saw a lot of complains in this mobile app, I immediately uninstalled...i might get unnecessary extra bills
Poor picture quality, less than 720. Working on one device only. Missing some movies channel and sport.
it sudden logs out. we got it just today and this is the issue. all of sudden it stops and logs out just by itself. also while clicking programme details it stops.
Unable to log in, even resetting the password doesn't help. Not surprised, most Etisalat apps are full of bugs...
Useless app. Everywhere etisalat charge money this is not fair.. i already pay for elife 500 they said include free elife on but its not.. only can watch basic channel on app.. i already subcribe channel on tv as well but cant able to watch on app i cant even give 1 star
After reading some reviews of charging extra money for elife users even though it is included in the package. I quickly uninstalled the app without even bothering to sign in. "charging extra money" typical Etisalat!
Not working on LG TVs. Keep showing password and username not recognized. The app works well on Samsung note8.
The worst App. and service I've ever tried in my whole life. The customer service are unprofessional and the answering machine is the worst on earth.
Would you please consider adding support to chromecast and android tv. Also subtitles on demand are not working
This new update is forced to installed when start elife on for Tablet.Now in this App when you click Program guide , it crashes and says "unfortunately stopped....." This is typical of untested App
Be careful people the do charge for every new subscription And if you want to cancel the. Again you have to pay Their supposed to write that the app may contain some charges Need my money back
Useless app. They charged me 100 aed for no reason, and for cancellation need to pay more. !!! Why etisalat why ????? Never worked for me. I don't use this app then why I'm paying 30 aed and now 100 more ????? Uninstalled right away
Why the app doesn't offer TV cast feature why?!!
App is fine but Subtitles menu always says no Subtitle available while it is available in the TV for the same content
It's not working, even when entering the username and password given by etisalat. Why to lie that you provided us this service and its not there.
Everyone who face to the not login or invalid username password problem, try add your administration pin as the password. worked for me. but still this is a poor app with lot of bugs! LOL!
