Don't do it. App doesn't work properly, when you try to swipe right or left on Android it doesn't work. Keeps glitching, showing the same person over and over again. Matches are anything... Doesn't take into consideration your preferences, so you end up seeing a lot of people you're not interested in. Last but not least, it's an expensive app... And if you sign up, make sure to read the T&C's in detail... Even if you cancel the payment, they won't cancel your acct and will threaten you to court!

This app is a waste of money! Almost no worthwhile features are available in the free version. The app then forces you to pay a large sum up front for a mediocre experience at best. I was hopeful when completing the detailed profile questionnaire, but the app does NOTHING to follow your preferences even if you label them as high importance. I was constantly receiving matches with people from several states away and men way older than my search preferences (cringe!). I do NOT recommend this app!

This site is deceptive by name. There are very few subscribers and the recommended profiles include a majority that goes against your non negotiables. It is not worth the high premium charged. They also do automatic subscription debits that is higher than the first payment and give no warning as to end of subscription or renewal and make it difficult to find where to cancel subscription. Not recommended. There are far better platforms avail. Req for refund denied because subs are auto debited

I lost count of how many people asked me to move our conversation out of the ES platform despite writing in my profile that I won't do it until I'm comfortable with the idea. I have been in the app for around 10 days; I think it's too soon to rate the app for what it is. However, the human factor (i. e. Matches) is actually making the experience difficult. As an introvert, that likes to take things slow, I feel people doesn't really check profiles to actually get a general idea of who you are.

I want my money back. I've tried loading many support queries & nothing happens! The app forcefully closes. The app keeps sending me matches outside of my age preference, religious preference & culture preference with no options within my preferences. The app forcefully closes while trying to read profiles. Sent messages disappear. When scrolling through profiles and you "x" one it keeps coming back to the top and you can't move past it. Many matches with different names have the same photos.

I've been using the app for about 1 week. Most of the contact are over the 50 mile preference I provided. So far communicated with 2 people. One that I initiated but the person had not responded back. Update: matches are now more close to my preferred radius. The app content does not rotate when the device is turned between portrait and landscape. After sending messages, the content is not fully on the screen...too far to the left so I am unable to view all of what I typed.

The app is clunky and doesn't seem to send push notifications even though I have it turned off for when I receive likes and messages. Missed a few messages this way unless I was checking my email. There also seems to be a delay when hitting "Send" on the messages and there's no indication you hit the send button. If you hit send again, it sends the same message that's in transit making you look silly. Needs some work folks. I strictly use the website now.

Worst app ever! Do not subscribe! The app is slow. When you want to press the cross button to skip a person, it does not work, and it would open the profile instead of discarding it. Then you have to first move to another menu in order to refresh and then try again ..this can continue multiple times. Also, there is a delay when you send a message - the message does not show immediately.And the fact that I am actually paying in advance for such an app, really increases my frustration.

This app... not good and very expensive for something that doesn't work well. Since day 1, after spending $137, swipe on people that you're interested in, get through a few, and all of the sudden.. same person pops up again. Swipe on them and then the next person was the same you already swiped. Do that and then repeat indefinitely and never actually show you are interested. I made a comment before and they said adjust the distance. Whether it was set to close or not it didn't matter. Bad.

The idea is okay, execution is very poor. Tried both the app and the web based account and they both feel like work in progress. The interface feels very "French or German" (nothing against the people but they make bad websites) and is very buggy. It warps all my pictures that I upload from facebook and all pictures have to be approved. This took over 24 hours when I wanted to change this and is not as intuitive as you would think. Interface is very chaotic and the tabs dont describe what you might be looking for in your profile. I gues this is why a majority of the profiles don't have pictures in them. I have tried to edit the text in my profile a few times and it would just reset itself every time, I tried figuring out how to make changes permanent but I failed every time, it feels like i'm overlooking something so that I am to blame but I couldn't be bothered anymore. What got me the most are the graphics though, its not a pretty app. I think there is a limit to the amount of hobbies or traits you can add, but why give you multiple options when you have a max amount? being matched with people that live more than 40 km away in the Netherlands is not in our culture. Needs work

Completed the personality test but then you have to pay to use the app. It requires full payment for either 3 months, 6 months or 1 year subscription. My suggestion is to allow users the ability to pay monthly and give users the chance to cancel. Find it an extortion having to find £80 for 3 month subscription but you advertise it as monthly prices. Very deceiving.

If you try to cancel your account, make sure you click confirm on the second page. I thought the page with the survey as to why you were leaving was enough to cancel the account, it was not and then it renewed for a higher amount than charge the first month. I tried contacting them the date renewed, they don't care they got their money. Like the other reviews, great place to throw your money away. I did reach out to support, there was no solution I told me there was nothing that could be done.

1. "Failed to send" You spend ages typing a message to someone, click Send and it fails. There's a Retry button that doesn't work and you are blocked from select text to copy/paste into the website so it's lost. 2. Discover tab swipe function doesn't work. 3. If you click Like, they keep popping up as you try and view others. You really should test apps before release! There are other bugs but not enough characters here to include them. Currently, it is not fit for purpose. I won't be renewing.

Too expensive for what it really is. Practically unusable as a connection tool. Incredibly difficult to use the notification tool to access messages, so one is never sure if other users are receiving messages. It's so "clunky" a platform that if you match you cannot communicate effectively on the app and will need to communicate offline from the start. Personal profile says its under review after a month. Most profiles don't have pictures and very few details. Disappointed.

Absolute waste of time and money. The app is glitchy, they show matches that are way out of your preference markers which is very frustrating. You try and hit the "x" button on their profile and it just opens their profile. You than have to back out and try hitting the "x" again. Do not waste your time and effort with this one.

Pictures are zoomed in when you upload them and look rubbish. Extremely expensive and can only sub for a minimum of 3 months. I would have given it a proper try if I could have had a 14 day trial or even just subbed for 1 month at a decent price but its too expensive to waste money on an app/service with such a low rating. I gave 3 stars because from what I could see in the free version of the app it seemed fairly well put together and easy to navigate.

Update after 1 month using: STILL THE WORSE APP! I deleted some of the chat or match & it still appears on my messages page! What's the point of delete button if I can't delete the chat?! This app is really the worse. You can't know if the match read you message or not. Or even if they remove you from match. I try to reply to a message and when I hit send button it keeps saying "there has been an error". The match is not personalize. It's all random match. Not worth the price. Don't sign up!!!

A frustrating service. I often get matches without photos and there is no option to eliminate these matches. One match emailed me but when I clicked on 'return email' I got a list of matches -no link to that person. There is no way to get questions answered from customer care ...just a list of FAQ. I tried to download the App to my laptop thinking that might help, but cannot find the App anywhere in my system. I've been on the Premium service for about 10 days and want to cancel, but don't know if the money I paid will be pro rated. If you look for a number for Elite Singles, the only contact is in Berlin. Maybe I'll call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Way too many quirks and glitches for how expensive this app is. I can't upload anymore than 1 picture for my profile. It is almost impossible to type out a message to someone... the keyboard acts up and doesn't respond correctly when trying to type a message to send. And then when you finally do type out a message after like 20 minutes to type it, the message is sent out with 3 or 4 copies of the same message. And it is not my phone. It is the app. If "Elite," it shouldn't work as below avg.

Very disappointing app. I've provided many inputs to appsupport with no satisfying resolution and often suggesting the issue is on my end. The app is very glitchy and the only conversations I've had were 2 with folks on the opposite side of the world and one 24 years older than me, both scenarios well outside my desired settings. Not a single match in almost a month has even LOOKED at my profile, let alone respond to a message. It's a ghost town on this app :-(

The app is clunky and unreliable. Messages can get lost, and there seems to be a sync issue when comparing the app messages to the website version of your account. The matching algorithm does not seem to pay much attention to your settings and the filtering options are very weak. The quality of people is superior to Tinder though. The 'psychometric' test is misleading. Less ad scammers than Tinder though.
