Elixir 2 - Admin add-on

This application is an add-on for Elixir 2 and contains features which require device administrator permission.
Features:

- enables screen toggle in Elixir widgets to turn screen off easily
- lock toggle can work together with pin/password lock screen protection

If you enable device administrator permission then this application cannot be uninstalled in the usual way. You have to disable this permission before uninstall.

I mainly got it because I wanted to get all of the Elixer apps. I think you just have to install it Device Administator in order to make another app work. Really don't like it when I get an app and have to install something for it to serve a purpose but I'm not complaining, atleast it didn't say this isn't the newest version,or say something like you don't need root to use but your not going to be able to do s....

It says "android 2.2 is required" for the screen toggle. I have Marshmallow on an LG G5...

Regardless of contempt and a lot of research, this appears to be uninstallable from my htc wildfire - when I try to deactivate it all I get is a statement that it must be deactivated before uninstalling. This is entirely unacceptable - you shouldn't need a manual to find out what hoops you have to jump throughl to uninstall an app.

request if possible. On the DroidX since I updated to 2.3.3 NONE of the screen lock apps on the market work anymore. They just go directly to the lockscreen instead of turning the screen completely off. If you could find a way to fix that I will gladly donate & forever be a loyal user. I'm begging you, I really need an app that can turn my screen off & I know everyone else with a DroidX 2.3 would appreciate it too bc you'd have the only app in the market that serves that purpose for that phone.

even though i have uninstalled elixir, this did what was advertised, and i was able to uninstall following directions from developer

Go to your phone's settings... Go to security... Go to system administrators... De-select / disable this app... Now Uninstall normally.. Or select "open" from here in playstore.. Disable & Uninstall are at the bottom! Great add on for rooted users!
