Good app for workouts on none programmable equipment, but needs conversion for some machines. Mine I have to convert RPM to Km/H to work as it doesn't show RPM or SPM.
It makes me workout. I like we can set sessions beside the ones already in the app. To start up we need realistic sessions that take us to the real workout
The heart rate zones are quite different from my Fitbit and other resources in the net which is giving me some doubts about the app. For example on bergfreund.eu I get 110 to 129 heart rate for fat burning, similar to my Fitbit, but in the app I get 130 to 141!
Tried my 1st own workout today and this app is so simple and user friendly, completelylove the layout of the app... i don't care about setting the values so i don't care if it's working or not! great app so far!!!
Worthless. Does not connect to bluetooth device. The app is nothing but a stopwatch.
Nice app, but it definitely needs a metronome feature. My machine doesn't have any way to determine or indicate SPM, so I have to use this app together with a metronome app.
I hope you explain what is pull/push at least with words, however images will be awesome. Also what is RPM referring to speed (km/h) However the app is amazing especially linking to google fit
Hi guys, after installation of the new version, the app keeps on crushing after the initial countdown in every workout. My phone is Samsung S20+
I would give this app 5 stars as it is great however when I make up my own workouts the RPM is set to standard values which are to low for me. it will not input my own values. if this is fixed I will give 5 stars
Hi, looks like a good app. Just downloaded it. Is this supposed to be connected to the screen on my elliptical some how through my phone? I have one with Ifit built in? Thank you
Weird. So you get on an elliptical bike and... There seems to be no connection. So what is this app measuring?
even for a beginner this is too much. you cant change the rates :(
Overall is good. Just one concern. Is it BPM or BMP for heart rate zones?

Just what i needed..
The app is good...use everyday...but I keep receiving ads after I donated $4.99 to help the project. When I tap the Restore Purchases button, it says I didn't purchase anything. Would give 5 stars but for either the false advertisement or the app error.
I really liked this app until it started glitching. Now every time I pass the app on my phone it gives me a popup that it's not working and asks if I want to send feedback. Not fun, very annoying.

The calories burned is always wrong
The intervals are to challenging a 100 rpm pace on my machine is impossible, even with decent fit people. Also calorie burned at and on workout is incorrect. For a 35 minute high intensity workout my machine shows between 650 to 67p I have yet to see app say anything but 70. Also their is not way to export workout data to samsung health or google fit.
EDITED: Under Settings>General recently you have given an option to display RPM instead of SPM. Which is good because some machines like mine display only RPM. But under Sound, there is only the option to do SPM to voice. Even if I have selected RPM display above, it gives only SPM voice prompts. I would expect that whatever is displayed should be voiced. I hope that is clearer now. Also: even for the display setting, SPM/RPM as the label for the check box doesn't make sense. For clarity it should read "Display RPM instead of SPM" or something like that. A boolean check box is either true or false. "RPM vs SPM" is not a true/false wording. "RPM *instead* of SPM" is a true/false wording.
I've lost 40+ lbs using this app, along with the poundaweek app. Highly recommend!!

Very disappointed. My machine is an old one without a screen. How am I supposed to follow the SPM when there is no indication of them in the app? I expected at least a metronome but all it does is give me a workout plan and a timer, essentially. I can't figure out SPM on the fly as I'm exercising. I expected this to actually show me how fast to go but nope. It should be really easy to add, too.
