This app is awful. I've held out hope for almost a year that it would work and it never does despite my uninstalling and reinstalling. This app offers nothing that my school's Portal can't do and the features that aren't offered through my school do not work. All you get are white screens and nothing actually loads. You'd think with the current ratings that something would change but it never does. Just save yourself the headache.
Fine on my cellphone, but when I got it on my pixelbook it started glitching. I assumed it was the computer, links for my online class weren't working. Google checked everything out, and had me access the class via web browser. GUESS WHAT. this app was the problem. I was unable to complete a few assignments through the app, when they required clicking links embedded into a video. Useless on my pixelbook. uninstalled on that device.
Class times wrong. Got a new phone so reinstalled the app and noticed that it got a makeover. Use to use this mainly for schedule and grades. Signed in and my schedule has all the right days, classes and order but the times are all wrong and set in am. For example it claims that i have a class starting at 2am and when the earliest class possible is from 8am and my building isn't even asscessible till 6am.
So many bugs. In order to log into my school's website I have to type in my username and password twice because once you log into the first window it brings up a second one of the same thing. It's not even worth the time do this when I can use a browser on my phone and it will log in the first try and format correctly to my phone. Where this app still has a ton of formatting issues.
In the past I really loved this app, I could access to contact numbers, grades, and other services offered by my university. Recently I changed of phone, my current one is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ with Android Version 10 and now I can't do anything, I choose the university and it last long time loading, after that the photo of my university does not appear and I can't access to any of their services, even I can't log in, it's frustrating, my university is Universidad Icesi.
Quick access to information. Each school has their own unique app setup. For Colorado Mountain College, we've made the app focused on the student. Access to classes, registration, assignments, calendars and other information is on the app.
Great app, gives access to many helpful features, but is incredibly slow. I have a Galaxy S8 and have 150mb/s WiFi but I still find myself closing the app and using my school's website after the app still hasn't loaded after several minutes.
I have used this app during previous semesters and it had worked just fine, however this semester it won't even let me log in. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled it and that didn't fix anything. It is beyond frustrating
there's a huge problem with this app's login system. it logs me out automatically and fails to log me back in when i try my password for over a hundred times over. the fingerprint login is just so dumb with the app, it doesn't even work at all.
this app worked like a charm for a week, I could see my schedule and everything was super smooth. now it wont even let me login. and looking at all these other low ratings it's not surprising that this is happening to me too
They don't support Cabrillo College :( Anyhow I recommend to find alternatives to Ellucian, after they removed the "waitlist" feature from their program. Ellucian were faur solution, but unfortunately today it's garbage :|
not able to login in sait..also its loading but not showing time table..make it better by reducing size..design is ok..but user experience is not smooth..fix it..i need notification every morning about my schedule without open it..required latest calender where i can see exams, assignment,quiz update which is put by staff..make it platform where i can found everything regard study.
I used to love this app but I just recently downloaded it and I can't view anything for my college. I only get white screens and error messages, I hope they fix this soon.
"sign in failed" Why does this happen? My login information is/was correct when I installed the app. Yet, it claims that I have a mistake in my login and/or my connection is faulty.
It worked fine for the first 3 weeks, although I really only used it for my schedule. Now it won't load anything and it signed me out for no plausible reason and won't let me log back in. 3 stars is generous, actually.
It doesn't accept my current password. I can login on the website with the password and not the app, then it locks me out for attempting to put the right one in.
GARBAGE APP....after the app updated I can't login anymore. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled but no luck. Schools should do their homework before subscribing to 3rd party trash like this app
It's good when it works. I'm done using it. I mean, what's the point of having a sign in feature when you don't have a place to type in your username and password? Everything was fine in the beginning, but somehow, now it's pure garbage. I don't recommend it. Save that storage space for something more useful.
it used to work just fine.... now it doesn't let me enter my courses. and it says error everytime I enter. it appears a page and ask for my pin and password but when I do it I says error. 14/05/19 It keeps on saying I can't log in
Being using this more and more after covid closed my college and this app is so frustrating. I literally can't do anything on it that I could do on my schools normal website. Completely useless.
Works Great. I've been using this app for college for a while now and it's working fine. I wish I could stay signed in but I need to sign in with fingerprint every time.
It works great! I can pay my class online, navigate to wherever I need to go. It saves time, I like it alot.
I have made multiple attempts to use the log in feature on this app to no avail. I cinfirmed I am using thr same username and password for the university web site but it still says login failed.
So far I can look up the dining hall menu section of this app. But I can't get access for the class cancellation part of the app. How will I know if classes are canceled or not if the app refused to cooperate.
Im trying to stop updating, its saying pending. I clicked stop, it still continues to stay at pending. Its been pending for 3 weeks now and I have spave in my phone
I use it almost every day. It helps me check my grades and seeing my class schedule is great for the start of semester
I LOVE this app. It helps me easily find what I need at Wright State University without having to open a browser window. Its fast and convenient.
I downloaded this just to get into my student email and it doesn't work. Can't even access it through the browser.
I don't really see any major issues with the app. The UI is pretty ugly for sure, and things take a while to load, plus I could just use my college's website and self-service for what I needed. I haven't had any major issues with it...maybe because of my institution? I dunno. I'd just use your school website, but it's really just like...slightly below mediocre, imo.
