I ordered shoes and had them returned due to wrong size. They returned the same shoes to me without any change. The shoes cost me double the price of what showed on their app. Which didnt include the delivery cost. Adding to that the return frieght charges. This is very unfair and unprofessional.

Do not use this app and don't waste your moneyand time people. I ordered some items from sale. It confirmed my order. Next day it cancelled my order by it's own without my knowledge and reordered same items on original prices, rather than sale prices. However, i received the parcel. But, quality of items, i order is just average. Very disappointed.

ELO over the period has dropped its standards to the lowest possible. They are now displaying good products but sending very poor quality products. Also, they are sending wrong sizes; not by mistake, but by tempering with the size tags. It is second time now, that I received product of much bigger size than those I ordered. Shamelessly, the tags were intentionally tempered. Even if customer met the defined criteria for free shipping, due to FRAUD of ELO Team, has to pay the shipping charges.

I placed my first order with these guys last month. The quality of the belt I received was very poor and the shirt I got was too tight even though I ordered the right size. Now I need to bear the cost of sending the shirt back which is 370Rs. Spending 370rs on a 1200rs worth of shirt is just ridiculous. They should have an agreement with courier services to return purchased items from their customers for free just like ASOS. I won't recommend ELO.

No Customer service at all. No one replies email, Not a single operater is there to attend a call. Not recommended for shopping if you don't want to waste money. It's more than a month passed and I am still waiting for a refund and why because they have sent me incorrect sizes and I had to beared the courier expense too for their fault and now waiting for a refund. REALLY HUMILIATING..

This was my first and the worst experience. Ordered some sneakers and a t-shirt. The sneakers have some yellowish marks on them and the quality really sucks. I can get the same sneakers/shoes from any local street market for like 300-400 rupees. And now i have to apply for the refund,visit any nearest courier service and return the products back to elo and all by myself guess what I've to pay the delivery fee too.alrighttt! I did read the return policy but what even! Wasted my time.

I used to order but right mow elo has charged me with the order but hasn't sent me any of the confirmation message that of any sort. All their helpline is super busy waited for an hour or so but still my caller number is 34. I used to trust this app but I didn't know they will do this to me 😭😭😭.

My experience will elo has been wonderful. Export quality goods at bargain prices is like a dream. However, I'm only giving it four stars until they add the feature of allowing users to checkout individual things in their cart like Daraz.

This app logouts me automatically after few days, and now I wanted to shop, I put several items in my cart and boom they all are disappeared now, app keeps on stucking, what happened to it, please fix this. Thanks

The app has some bugs. Social sign up doesn't work correctly. I tried signing up with Facebook. I applied some filters, and from the resulting lists of products, whenever I clicked on any product, it showed error of "Couldn't load details". No category for men's vests or at least I'm unable to find one. Search bar works fine though. But I can't always depend on the search bar to browse for items.

I have a great experience with ELO. The products which I ordered and recieved has maximized the value for money. I have rate the superb this ELO as compared to other online shopping apps. Welldone! ELO team.

Everything is very good except order tracking feature which is not working since i am using this app please fix this issue as soon as possible because due to this error customers are not able to track their order

Ordered 44 Size and a 43 Size Shoe, Both of them Have the same Size, just the Numbers on the Shoes are Different. We only sell Original Products they said. And now i have to waste my Money to Ship the Product back to them. Never Ordering Again. Its a Disgrace.

All the experience is good but whenever I click on track order it does not open the tab. Please solve it!

I have bought 2 pairs of TOMS shoes. For me and my wife. These are quality materials. They seem original not replica. As far as service is concerned. I received my order after 2 days of submission. ELO is highly recommended. If you are after the online shopping.

Previously it had Excellent customer services.... outstanding cost effective quality clothing.... no.1 online clothing n accessories shop in Pakistan. Keep up the good work....! Increase items n variety.... maintaining pricing.... Bravo! Elo has now lost variety, price effectiveness n all the charm it had previously.... Everything is over-priced for the average and below average product quality they provide....

I've received shirts, the quality is good. But about this App it need some improvements. Like when I'm trying to give review it showed me 2 different interfaces which confused me.

Awesome place for online purchasing. Most amazing thing is you will receive what you have ordered (no change in Colour, quality, hidden charges etc etc). Highly recommended 10/10. Thank you elo

Every thing which i ordered was fantastic and orignal .... But for shoping variety is not enough and mostly in garments for men there is size issue ..may this store become more success full and give us more options and good stock for use thanx

To be honest ELO isn't providing the same quality products it used to be. I am so amazed that they have even started sending wrong and damaged products to their customers.

Please update the app. On selecting home option automotive section gets open. I'm unable to see the products available under home category for a long time.

I've been using ELO for over 4 years now. However, the app sucks and is full of bugs, weird UX and more. For example, password reset button take you to the products page and you get stuck in a loop. Other buttons don't work at times. Please improve the app.

Haven't been able to order anything despite wanting to. Maybe there service is good but I wouldn't know because the app is absolutely terrible. In my 4 to 5 weeks of having this app, I always get notifications of sales and offers but whenever I open the app, the page just keeps loading for as long as I have kept it open. P.S I have tried several different Wi-Fi connections but the problem remains unsolved.

Refund/replace policy sucks!! And they send wrong sizes by removing the size tags. Really disappointed! I wish I can add pics.

Customer's satisfaction is based Quality, Perfect Size and in-time delivery and fortunately ELO made me its big fan. Highly recommended. Remember, the size depends on you(customer).

This is an app for wasting your time and money along with spoiling of mood. Purses are claimed to be of leather but it is made from hard paper wrapped in plastic. Table is written as wooden made but actually some light weight material, all jewelry is made of poor plastic, i have ordered too many items but all sucks.. don't waste your money people. I can get a purse like i received in market at 100rs but it costed 1400 here. That purse is not even worth 50. Poor performance elo.

It was nice experience shopping with elo. I ordered a jacket but got size issue. Return and exchange was so easy(though I paid extra delivery charges 😛). I got my jacket exchanged and better sized. Nice work team elo⭐

Same stock with huge price increment i was big fan of this site, but now with low stock maintenance they really disappointed me, having low verity of casual and formal pants,shirts and other stuff. if we need to buy such kind of stuff in these prices than why we should buy these stuff from their authorised dealer or else. ELO team you must manage/ensure low prices with high quality delivery of your products that must be in range of everyone, who are unable to afford good things in low budget.

This store have very old fastion items and its simple design, no videos, No quality items are here. The bad thing is no sense of posts like men and women wear are same. You will see same product in both men and women categories. Also stock is out, nothing is new. Very disappointed application. My suggestion elo is waste of time. I suggest to elo owner that change your mind, products fashion, and complete the stock. If you did not change your mind according to fashion than Your business will die
