This app sucks, everytime I want to know where is the car it do not update. I can refresh as many time as i want but will show me the same exact place even after 30/40 minutes refreshing over and over.
Does not update locations accurately and the other day I received a notification of driving 105 MPH and that did not happen. Something is wrong with this app.
First 2 months were pretty good... now it's lagging about 9 hours behind all the time. If my car ever gets stolen it will never get found using this pathetic app.
Just made an account and when I tried to log in it said my info was wrong. I just made this account and it's already wrong on the first attempt. Garbage!!!!!
I just did the update and now it's no working! The app will not open! Elo GPS has failed another customer using its services.
It's showing me my location from days ago. Not current and I keep refreshing but it doesn't update. Awful app!
This thing is so inaccurate. It's not real time. It serves no purpose to know my vehicle was on the freeway yesterday.

The Elo hardware was causing the Bluetooth on my phone to disconnect and causing problems with the infotainment system to be unresponsive. The dealership had to replace it. Now it is not showing my car in the app. I will probably have it removed, not happy with it at all.
It worked great for a couple months. Now it hasn't had a Heartbeat for over 2 months. Have a 5 year subscription with my car loan. And one of the most stolen cars on the market.... contacted them and they said it wasn't their issue and the dealership said it wasn't their issue either.. unhappy..
This program is inaccurate with its data. My vehicle is parked outside my house right now but the app is telling me that the vehicle is on the freeway right now. This app has potential to be much better. I feel like the dealership did a great job with hyping it up but it hasn't lived up to the hype or expectation.
NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!! I literally thought my car had been stolen while I was away from it with someone else in a different city cuz it all of the sudden said I "triggered movement" WTH!!!! Went to panic mode, rushed home to find out it was still where I left it. However, the app was sayn it was moving 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
Poor Performance from this apk. Worked well first year but now freezes up with large lag times. Called customer service twice, same nonsense, heartbeart sent to satellites but you live in a rural area. LOL, how is one out of range of satellites. Nonsensical jibber from this company, we will not renew!
Very good app, once in a while it's slow notifying the location of the car it may have moved and it still shows where it was last at but over all very accurate
Elo on my car is easy to use, I can track miles for business, and set geofences so I can manage my cars My wife took a 8,000+ mile trip across the US and I had peace of mind knowing where she was and when she arrived at each planned stop. Many times we were unable to talk but I still was reassured that she was where she planned on being. The app is great and I would recommend it to anyone! Stolen Vehicle recovery and real time data...perfect for anyone. Good support from elo
Elo stopped sending push notifications to my phone when the vehicle moved. I didnt change any settings and hope it gets fixed soon. This isn't what I paid for.
Need significant improvements in customer service and product performance. I have never dealt with a company that is so non-responsive while selling a product that doesn't work. I have been waiting for a response from their customer service organization for going on a month, in spite of my sending them follow up emails, which are not answered. But more aggravating then not being able to get a response, is having paid to have their GPS tracking system put on my BMW only to find out it DOESN"T WORK. I would think that a reputable company would make it a priority to address performance issues associated with their products, but apparently this company believes product performance is not their core competency and is best ignored when a customer brings it to their attention. Stay as far away from this company and their products. I thought I was buying a reliable product only to find out it is a an ill fated experiment that they don't know how to fix. Imagine sitting in a foreign country relaxing only to receive a notice that your car has left the geo fence that you set up before you left for your relaxing vacation. What do you do? Well buy this and you can have this experience.
Gps is glitchy at best. I used to mainly use it to track my gas levels but now the app doesn't even tell me anything about fuel levels. The option just disappeared.
I don't like this. My vehicle is in my garage and this app has a different location of my vehicle. There is no way to change the location.
What if I/people have a real emergency with their car? How is this reliable? Just bought a 2017 Honda sure hope this product works for me when I need it. The finance company wanted it installed said, it would also give me peace of mind especially since making payments I can uninstall it after it's done being paid for. Something that's beneficial to the finance company and myself. Can't rate it yet but I can read and I read reviews especially for products I buy or use. Skeptical 🤨
Start out working well but now it is constantly severely lagging in tracking. Seems to be a common theme with this product from reading other reviews.
Slow to update. Got sucked into buying this from the dealership. Too costly for nothing worthwhile. CarRx also bundled with this when I purchased from dealership has not work since day 1

It's never updated on where the vehicle is. It will say it's home when I know for a fact irs at my job.
No ads in the app and it does what it's suppose to do. Easy to use and there are a lot of features.
Fast easy and accurate locations for my son and daughter when they are "out and about" with the friends. Makes curfew easy to control and give great peace of mind knowing they are where they should be.
Worst app ever constantly freezes or just never works. I use it at work and i told them im not doing it anymore
Car parked in my driveway; however, wrong address listed. Street name correct, house number is not.
Great app! Simple and easy to navigate even if you're not tech savvy.
Your product doesn't work. Your app shows my car is traveling at 75 mph, 11 miles from my house (blue dot). The app knows where I am, just doesn't know where my car is (it's in my driveway). Hasn't updated since last night. I would like a refund for my 5 year service plan.
