Can't use any button except settings, which shows my details and doesn't have any settings. The tutorial button takes me to a private YouTube video. The cards don't show up. Contact button locks the app up. Trash software. Waste of time. Contacted support, they told me to update the app, it was installed a day before, tried some other stuff with dark mode settings in my phone didn't work, when I let them know they said they'd look into it but I doubt it. Shame the industry has to use their garba

Useless. Barely works for something that is ment to be critical in getting a qualification. Takes longer loading than the whole 4 year apprenticeship. When it does fully load it barely allows you to click any button. To make things worse it blank screens when you do happen to hit a button that works.

this app has the potential to be a great asset to apprentices, but falls very short. I believe it has been left to gather dust on in a back room of a government office. Please have a real crack at fixing the bugs. Id love to be able to fillout cards whilst travelling to other jobs, not at home on the PC.

Absolutely useless, can't save cards can't select work areas. Fill out the card and says that you must select one item from each area when it's already been done. Countless times of the app crashing. Just useless in general.

Every time I tried to enter an activity on the card, it would not save, insisting I had failed to fill out one of the fields. People are better off just completing cards on their computer unless they fix this app.

For an app that is supposed to log data towards a regulated trade you'd think it would be up to date/bug free/have support emails responded to and... ACTUALLY WORK! In my 2 years and 7 months this app has never worked properly and I feel sorry for anybody who doesn't have access to a computer. You can only expect so much from a polished turd and im sorry to say, eLogBook your app isn't even polished!

Absolute rubbish I can't save certain activities. Reinstalled the new version. Worked for 5 minutes and when I went back later on, it was the same problem again. And please explain why this app needs all these permissions?

Buggy as shite. Cannot use with Samsung Note, but works on my old Tab 4 running Lollipop... Probably because it hasn't been updated in over a year. Since this app is pretty much a legal requirement for thousands of apprentices, it's just woeful how poorly this app is made and maintained....

Just a rubbish app. The option to include photos of actual jobs never worked and has now been removed entirely. Crashes & fails to save even on the latest device & update (from mid 2020?!)

Can't see any cards try reinstalling multiple times still no card showing up. Started using the computer it's way faster and no bugs

Can only select one option on each category. Using on galaxy S9, have updated, have uninstalled and retried, nothing works and it has been like this from the first time I downloaded it about a year ago

Have contacted these people 3 times about not being able to complete cards with no outcome. No update since May 2018. I can't believe an education system depends on such a poorly maintained app.

You can no longer select multiple items within work areas, materials, and activity, crashes frequently and often wipes progress unless saving every step.

Terrible functionality on iPhone and Android with cards being unable to be saved and constantly crashing when trying to do so.

This app is very temperamental. I cant load my cards anymore for some unknown reason. Its ok when it works but just easier to log on via a laptop.

Select and option at the bottom of the page and takes u straight back to the top of the page, does your head in the whole time you are using the app, would rather cold dinner a everynight then use this app 😭

Needs to be updated... Very buggy.. Deletes cards that have been completed and the app constantly crashes...

I right to the end of a card and accidently select the wrong think then select it again to get rid of it and the f****ing thing deletes the whole card. Are you serious. At this rate I'm never going to get any cards done f*** me

Terrible, buggy all with no active customer support. Given that this app and system supports a regulated trade you'd think it would actually be functional.

Poorly designed program, crashes all the time and is clunky.

Absolute waste of time. Cards don't save properly and everything you put in gets lost. Absolute shitshow, what a joke.

The app is bugged, misleading and flawed. Just do the log book on the computer. Dont bother with this app.

Nothing opens. I click cards and it takes me to blank settings section. Just taking up space with no use.

Absolutely horrible app, poor UI, bugs galore. Seems like the company took the government's money and ran.

Useless app, doesn't log in, and doesn't even register cards after they've been submitted.

Worked well at the beginning however whenever I try to update my cards a message pops up saying internal issue contact provider.

I find it bs that apprentices are forced to use this appalling app. I've had nothing but issues and errors
