It worked

Really nice idea but now had two restaurants say they don't accept vouchers via the app. The first time I had already paid my 3 shekel and eLuna said they couldn't refund my money. For the second I asked before throwing my money away. The lesson is, always ask before you buy. Just stick to the desktop site and print your vouchers out.

Worst app i have ever used

This app could be very handy when you're on the road and need to find a restaurant. It's easy to use and the presentation is nice. Indeed, as someone else wrote, you have to pay NIS 3 to get the discount coupon you can get on the web for free. But if you don't have a PC and printer available, the savings of 10% will be much greater than NIS 3! Disclaimer: I have not actually obtained any coupons from this app yet.

The user interface and mobile features are much improved in the new version. I love the convenience of having the whole eLuna index with me wherever I go. And on the spot coupons are great.

This app never works.

It gave me the following deal: "you're about to purchase a 0% percent discount coupon at ... for 3 shekels" sounds great...

Difficult to use

In the application to get a coupon of a restaurant you have to pay 3NIS when you can get the coupon for free in the web !!!!!

Sometimes, I simply don't know where I am going to eat in advance or forget to print the coupon for free online. If you don't see value in spending 3 shekel to save a lot more, so be it. Don't criticize the app though.

Click to get the voucher, get sent to Paypal, enter your PayPal details, then get a blank screen, then get an SMS. And for all this you pay an extra 3 shekels. I've used Eluna for years but this app needs to be redesigned from scratch.

I signed up and paid for the 10 % discount but the voucher never came

Biggest load of rubbish.. I had to pay 3 NIS for a voucher that is free when you do it from a regular browser at home. Further the restaurant didn't even except the voucher since it needed to be printed. So the app cost me money instead of saving me money..

I had already 3 restaurants that a payed for voucher and the restaurant didn't take it, and eluna ignored me and didn't give me my money back

Some people prefer a browser to an app sometimes. Forcing your customers will only hurt you. Also, why pay for coupons when I can get for free? Change your browser user agent and get around this annoyance.

Just two weeks ago I was looking to see if there was an app for this site. Delighted to see that there now is. Thanks Eluna people!
