Fast, easy purchase using eMag app. Filtered and chose my product and purchased really fast. User friendly interface. Recommend to be able to chose delivery method for each product if they come from different vendors. I have, for example, in the same order, some items that can be delivered via easy box and some heavier items that I would like delivered by courier. Cannot choose separately if order is the same, even if the delivery date is not the same.
I love this app. It is well optimised and works really well. But there are two downsides as far as I have seen. First of all, there is no available dark mode which will enhance shopping experience and help protecting the user's eyes. And secondly, the connection is instantly lost when you put the app on standby, and can be very annoying.
Most of the time it works very smooth, but sometimes it's laggy, maybe because of my phone (honor 10). Buying process is very simple every time. Search functionality doesn't work as it should with multiple words. I would like more details in specifications area so I can put a better filter. Overall it is a good app.
It is easy to order using the Emag application. Still, there is a problem with this application. Suddenly, it closes when you are using it for more than 15 minutes or so. Then, you need to reopen it after waiting for a few seconds.
Intuitive and easy to use. Pleasant interface. Installed on S10 plus. Made many purchases, didn't encounter any errors, payments went smoothly (with payment confirmation, and all steps in the process).
Ny experience using this has gotten better over time. It's easy to buy mostly anything and you can find lots of things. It's just that the prices are kind of expensive a lot of times and even with the genius account. Would like to see them actually give some good discounts on some products that I put in the favourites tab. I recommend the app with a genius account if you plan on shopping a lot online and you can't do it via amazon (prices are mostly better there).

Works as intended of course. Would be great to have an English version though. Romania is quite multicultural with a lot of foreign students and expats around. Plus of course a lot of people in Romania in regions where Romanian isn't widely spoken (like hungarian). Would be useful!
Good shopping platform but the app is lacking EN translation. Please add a Google translated UI and product descriptions similar to AirBnb.
Very good customer service, handy and easy to use. There was a mistake with my order so I made a complaint and they solved it within days. Good job.
Can you please add an option to disable seeing promoted products for the clients that pay for Genius subscription? This is really anoing. I am searching for a certain brand and you push other products on me. This is not cool. You have 1 star untill this is solved.
eMAG is doing a great job with the app. For me it went from indifferent to impossible to ignore, in the past two years.
App is ok but eMAG not that great. When you see a product on sale is either the same price as a few days earlier or even higher.
You keep pushing the app with discounts. Great, but... The filters are not like the ones from browser and annoying to use. The paying page is a bit confusing. My reason for not installing this app, is that I can't open more tabs. Since I do most of my shopping online it's very annoying to keep going back and fort to one page, since sometimes I have 30 or more different products that I'm looking at. When you can implement an option to open multiple products then I will install it.
Good App but in this app i can not change the language to english only romanian language , that is very big problem , please update the App can you english language 🙏 Thank you EMAG
The app is great for variety and ease of use. I recommend it, but keep in mind delivery can generally cost between 2-5 dollars and is rarely free.
The app keeps disconnecting as if the phone was not connected to the internet. Furthermore, every time I switch between windows, it goes back to main page, so I can no longer see the product or list I was viewing.

After buying and delivers my microwave... there was a defection as it was not even heating from the first day so i waited few days ... And I wanted to send it back.. they refused and asked me to contact the company for repair... So i have to buy another one from Altex and it is working perfect. And the company said they wont refund the money.. they will fix or repair it. Now i am with 2 microwaves.. The worst customer service ever..
Easy navigation, easy to buy if you have your bank account filled-in. Many overpriced items, a lot cheaper on other platforms though.
The only annoying thing is the lack of support for landscape mode on tablets. It's not an issue on phones, which are usually used in portrait mode. But a common use case for a tablet is to let it in its stand in landscape mode and use it intermitently with one hand while doing other things. Since my tablet stand does not have a portrait mode I have to take the tablet and use with both hands, which most of the times makes me just quit using this app on my tablet.
Easy to use, text predictive ( I wrote Staedler instead of Staedtler and it showed me the results). You can find absolutely anything on this application. What I love most about it is that I can select for my order to be delivered to an easy-box (cheaper and I can go when I want, I don't have to be home to get it). I gave it only 4stars because today it crashed many times when I tried to order something.
Easy to find products, insufficient and often useless filters, so loads of time spent on scrolling. You can keep opting out for email advertising, but these mails keep coming, especially for the products in your wishlist. If you order 5 different products at the same time you'll pay shipping for each and every product in your shopping basket (at Amazon only once). No thanks!
The application is great, except the aspects from below: - the search option is very bad. If you by mistake write wrong the name of the product, you don't have the option the correct. You have to write all over again. - I don't know if this is for all users, but when I use it on the tablet in landscape position, the app is not rotating automatically. You can only keep it vertical which can be annoying and makes me give up to use the app.

I've used eMag for many years, and while I do have some slight issues, the customer support has been great and I've never had to return a product.
Handy, reliable, fast, better every day. It would be useful to be able ro remove items (swipe out or otherwise) from the searched items, in order to narrow down the selection (is more granular than filtering out).
