Email Text Messages

This app does not seem to completely work. As I am sending my text to an email account. It does make it. I can read it. Only halfway through the conversation that spans multiple days. My side of the conversation is not present in the email. Only the other persons text are there. Makes it pretty useless when you're only able to see a one-sided conversation. I hope tech support will fix this soon. As this is a paid app

This worked great, now all of a sudden it doesn't send the emails. It says it does but I never received them. I even tried a different email, got the same results. Would be great if you could work out the issues I'm having. I sent you an email, and haven't heard anything back. When it is working it a great app. Easy to use and prints what I want.

This is a FANTASTIC app if you want to capture your text message threads. It has ability to save over a selectable period of time, color code sent and received, and so much more. It can also be shared with a family group (up to 5) so if you have a situation that you are trying to document that involves others, you can probably make it work. AND, the last item in the help file is an email to write and ask for help. Great app.

Update. Working again. Received message from developer in response to negative review. While app was not working I looked for another like this but was unable to find its equal. App worked great until a few weeks ago and now will not send an email. Email to support has not received a reply. Other feedback has received a response of a problem with new phones but I have not upgraded phones or updated software between when the app recently worked and when it stopped working. I used to recommend this app to everyone I thought may need it. I have downgraded my review to one star and will change it back to 5 stars if it is repaired. I've had the app for a year and it was hands down the best that I have seen and recommended it to all of my friends. I have not found any other app that will allow filtering by both thread and date and also can offer different formats. I did have an outage for 5 Days, but an email them was able to resolve the issue.

I had this app a few years ago when it was still free. I got a new phone and lost all my saved texted. I emailed the company to see if I downloaded the app again this time paying for it, if it will bring my old saved text back. No reply. I just bought it and still no old text. Those text should have been transferable. Now all my sentimentle text from my babies are gone. App is good just know if you switch phones you will lose them. I uninstalled this app just now.

Used to work wonderful. Now it's USELESS. Uninstalled, reinstalled many times and the app will Not email messages that have been selected. Very disappointed and they claim "money back guarantee". Right. I wish there was a negative star option. *EDIT * Was notified on 3/23/17 that issue had been fixed. So far, the app is working as it should. IMPRESSED that developers worked to get this resolved. Will gladly change up to previous 5 stars, should the app continue to work. Thank you for responding to let us know that the app was back up running.

Happy with purchase. This app has worked great every time I have used it. I need the texts backed up and preserved for court. This app makes it very easy to forward them to my email and then to my lawyer. I used it to email myself over 3 years worth of texts. The only thing I don't like is that for some reason it doesn't recognize daylight savings time so the time is off for half of each year. That causes a problem because I am trying to provide proof of time sensitive issues in court. You could probably get around this by printing half the year at a time with their option to offset the time. If you're using this for court you will still want to keep screenshots for the judge too because the opposing side might object to using an app but this makes a log that is a lot easier for the court to read so I'm using the log and screenshots together.

I have emailed justin@bitdeck NUMEROUS times and have never received a response. Have had issues with not getting all the emails (2 out of 2, only getting 1 out of 2 for example) Not capturing all of the thread. I purchased this app because I need the entire thread for a court/legal matters. so much for satisfaction guaranteed or money back.

Used to love the app 5 star worthy. now the last few weeks it will not send emails. I have not gotten a response as to a fix to the problem very upsetting. They fixed the issues the app is now working great just like before.

I could not get it to work on my phone. Only said there was about 500 messages between a friend and I over 8 months when I now it is more like one thousand. A waste of my money.

It works OK. Has alot of errors. When you unchecked an email address , it will often recheck the email address again. Making you send a thread to wrong person or to an unintended recipient. Can be embarrassing

This app is amazing! Simple interface and it is so important to have the texts that can turn into emails and then docs. While the app was temporarily down in Feb I tried installing and uninstalling every free and paid version in Google store, but none of them worked as well nor produced clean transcripts. This is my all-time favorite app, I use it every week for work and personal, so glad it's running again. Great customer service too with explanation for why it was down and notifying me when it was up again.

Good email text. Tried to save on external memory received error, tried on one and mutiple selections. Should add size of files selected. Like the viewing options for ease of reading and keeping pictures attached. Wish I could save to pc as an external drive.

Used to work really well (I gave it 5 stars) but for the last few weeks the emails don't go through. I have sent the same emails 5 times today and it still hasn't come through. Please fix! I have uninstalled & reinstalled but it doesn't help. I tried a different email address & that didn't help either. Please fix because for several years this has been my go to app! They fixed it!!! This is the best app ever! Your pics come thru in ur emails just like on your phone!

This app used to work but last week it stopped working. It sends an email but with only 1 text of 20 for the dates selected. I emailed the contact and got no response.

Verizon with Nexus 6P. Worked great for about a week. Then it stopped working and was useless. I emailed the developer my problem. I posted a 1 star review just a few days ago (along with many others) and tried to find a replacement app. Today March 23 the developer emailed me and said the problems are fixed. I reinstalled this app AND IT AGAIN WORKS GREAT. CONGRATULATIONS to the developer for fixing the problem and for the great communications after it was fixed. As you can see from the other recent reviews, this wonderful app is back on top as the BEST Email Text messages. Thanks again. I could not find a better app than this..

This works very well with one exception; AT &T phone doesn't show the messages from me. I tried a different app with the same results. Their app warned about the inability of AT&T phones. Just an FYI.

I downloaded this app a while ago and it worked great. Now I can't get it to work at all. I verified that all messages were text messages, even created a new email account. I can't get a single email from this app to go through. Severely disappointed, as I was hoping to use this app to help me in a court case.

It is only showing a one-sided conversation. It is not showing a two-way conversation which is what we want. To the person who says that they are not receiving the emails check your "all mail" box... not just your inbox

Edited: Thank you so much for finally fixing this app. While it upsets me that it went for so long without a repair, having use of it again will be great. With the app fully functional it deserves 5 stars.

Worked great before but just like everyone else, the last few weeks, won't email the texts. I too paid for this app and if there isn't a fix soon I would really like my money back.

I have no problem paying for a good product. To many expect things for free. Works fine with Note 2 ,4,8 Keep up the good work.

Was working great; then had problems and submitted issue. Resolved and now back working. Very useful and user friendly app. Response to problem is greatly appreciated as follow up was thorough and professional

This app used to work quite well. Originally I would have given it 4 stars. It stopped working in January. Now I'm deleting it and finding something else.

I loved this app, and it was very useful for work and other important communications. But since it has updated, it will not send any of my threads. So basically I'm now paying for something that is completely useless. Please fix this ASAP!!!

Continues to be a five-star app. We had a little hiccup with an upgrade a while back but everything has been resolved and is working great now. I highly recommend this one.

Worked ok the first few trys. Last try this am tried all 3 e/g mail addresses all failed.
