I downloaded this apps to make my work easier since pandemic hit and everything need to be soft copy.. but then the ebook i bought has bug, everytime i click on the book, my phone crashed and I cant even open the book.. this doesnt even deserve the money I have paid for the book.. the book price is the same as hard copy but, I cant even open the book but I have paid the price of the book same as the hard copy one.. Can you please please please fix this..

Subscribed since June 14. The problem is I cannot download any magazines that I subscribed from Book Fair... What a shameful app... Received hardcopy but no softcopy which they claimed free with any hardcopy subscription... Please do something

After update, app force to close after trying to read the book. Fix it ASAP, i want to read my book. Find the solution: reset data then download back the book
I like this app very much but annoyingly its always forceclose when i view it in landscape mode. Please fix it!

Paid for an issue. The payment go through but my library still empty. Very disappointed. Should only release the app after proper testing especially since money is involved.

This app have issues like what have been described in the previous review. I managed to get response from ookbee support and they suggest to download "ookbee my" app instead and use the same login. I tried it and it worked. Hope this helps someone.
