Device is resistant to pairing with my android device. After it finally pairs, the app forces the device to disconnect from being paired, when i tell the app to conmect to the device. I tried many times to resolve this. It's the weekend. Ill mssg emay. If they can resolve this by monday, then ill update my reciew. Otherwise I will send it back.
I don't know why this app has so many bad reviews. It works great for me. My wife just returned from a 2 week hospital stay for Covid Pneumonia, and is on an oxygen machine. I bought the Emay Bluetooth oximeter to record her SPO2 levels overnight. Everything has worked just like it should right out of the box. It's awesome to be able to analyze the data each morning, and if need be I can generate reports to send to her doctor. Highly recommended.
Device is nice and works pretty well. Not sure that is call it a sleep oximeter- device fits comfortably during use, but isn't very tight, which is great for normal measuring. It is too loose for overnight use, and they supply you with some cobane tape to keep it on. Two stars for the app. It's clean and simple. There is no data compilations, just individual records. So there's no way to see days trends or averages for any timeframe 🙃, nor can you see live data, which I thought was advertised
Very good app that works fine with my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. It would be even better if it were possible to zoom the User Manuals, as the text is very small. Also, there does not seem to be a way to delete a user profile. But these are not major problems, and I find the UI very good overall.
Does not pair even when oximeter shows up on Bluetooth list. Update: Paired after trying six times.
This app requires a separate Emay pulse ox device, which I got off amazon and works great. Just started using. Works as described. I will try and follow up after an all night use. Set up was easy. Interface is clean, if a little simple. Would like to see integrations with other fitness apps. Misspelled word in one of the dialogs, which concerned me at first about quality control. BUT App itself works well
Very easy to setup and very easy to use. Synchronizes well with the Emay device. The generated report is very comprehensive and easy to understand I'm glad that the negative experiences reported by some users did not happen to my setup.
CRASHES if you try to open a record longer than twelve hours, making them unreadable. Also, no zoom or choice of time scale in graph display. Otherwise, does the job.
Useless because I can't get through add user screen... I fill out all the fields and there's no "next" or "submit" options. No other screens to try. Frustrating. Bummer.
Appalling, simply terrible. Took 2 days to register an account, and it's never managed to pair with the meter. But it's excellent at sending you spam. I now receive 20 to 30 items of spam each day.
Does not work at all. Won't even complete setup correctly.
App should have a way to do short tests without storing the data. Maybe do not store data until test lasts more then minute.
I don't know whether it is device or app but i have to attempt download of csv file 2-15 times because i get a send timeout.
The device seems to have recorded 8 hours and 19 minutes, but I have no way of accessing it.
It say I only have 7 hours of data left..it won't let me delete old record. How do you free space for more data????
It is NOT a pulse oximeter. It only records if you already have one.
I like this app very much...
Clunky, minimal information in bar graph form
Download stops at 79% on my Galaxy s22 Ultra
Did what I wanted but only that. It is limited for the cost but it works 😕
Why does this app need access to my photos?
The app is not working at all.
Bluetooth utility on my phone sees device but app does not. App will not connect to oximeter. Instruction book says "reboot app if connecting fails after two minutes." Restarting app requires re-entering all data each time. App is poorly writen if one can't save basic information without connecting to device first.
