Reinstalled the app on my phone and lost 6 months worth of data. I'm so happy, NoT! And I can't even find how to call them to get help. Worked great for 6 months now, there must be something better out there.
This App has become useless. Initially, I could Bluetooth connect to my Android (Samsung S-20+, vers. 11 OS), Download data and display. For the 20 meas. it does NOT connect or download. I AM able to transfer to PC app (via wired patch) and review/print reports. Yet, NO Bluetooth connection/download to phone.
App installed with no issues. Device connected right up and synced with phone. I was able to pull up pdf and see results and enter comments. Works exactly as expected.
*Use App and Device under doctor supervision and not as a replacement for medical care* My doctor likes that this machine and app are available to the public. Very accurate. Allows them to get an overall picture of my health. I love it for those same reasons. But please remember this is not to be used as a replacement for medical care. EMAY also states this.
Easy to set up and start using
After many tries it only downloaded my ECG data logs via bluetooth once on my Samsung S10 Plus smartphone, and when it did it errored out before finishing all the logs. So I installed in on my Samsung Tab A10.1 tablet and it reliably downloads all my logs on that device via bluetooth.
Arguably the best both portable and affordable ECG device available. The app has a few rough edges but has worked pretty well for me installed on two separate phones over the past year. And the best thing about it is that both my GP and cardiologist scrutinize the ECG graphs intently even asking that I email them pdf copies for their records. Normally they would charge me $$ extra for a separate ECG test that takes them 20 minutes or more.
A flaw makes it impossible to see your home key, back key, tasks key. Developers know this and think it's fine the way it is. So basically a deeply flawed app.
can't use the app without giving it access to my photos and more things. unacceptable. you don't need to access my photos to show me the results of my ecg.
Been trying to down load the App for over and hour on the Smartphone and tab to no luck. What the hell? Nothing works on this device. A great device but can't show the doctor any readings. So what good is it?
As stated before: Very sluggish... and the unit itself DOES NOT catch all activity thus NOT useful... save yourself the $$$ and aggravation... this is going back to Amazon (BTW, STILL no response from their so called "customer service")...
The app demands access to photographs... and won't run without it. There is absolutely no reason for the app to need such access.
An amazing unit to have if you need to check your ECG
Hard to download using my android phone. Sometimes it will do it but 99% of the time it wont. Just hook it up to your PC or mac.
Easy to use
Bluetooth connection errors out. I have not yet been able to connect them after the initial pairing.
After downloading the ECG, it opens the report for a second and goes back to downloads. While the device is easyto use, the software needs work. Returning device.
Was unable to pair to device. No reply from Customer Service. Set item back.
Downloaded on my moto g power and set it up,as soon as it gets to connect device screen it crashes.
Easy to use. But does have hard time downloading results
Device is small and user friendly. Easy to record your ECG. App shows clear ECG signals and nice print out report.
Displays only show for about 1/2 second then disappear.
Very easy to operate, and gives actual live results.
When viewing a result chart, instead of having a "save" icon in the upper right corner that only saves the screenshot to a file, why not instead have a "share" button that opens the typical share menu so I can pick if I want to share to email, or share to text message, etc. Saving an image to memory is kind of useless especially when each save writes over the previous saved file.
