When I open up the app, it gets stuck on a message that says it is "Initializing application... Retrieving site information" and it hasn't gotten past that after several restarts and leaving it for over an hour. I'm on Android 8.1 on an MUV Vortex. And lately it has felt like a vortex, but I doubt it's the phone's fault.
Very good when you need information about rides. Latest version is jumpy and hard to get into the right forms. More daily ride information needed due to weather or extended blockages and detours desperately needed. Thanks.
Horrible app, no bus schedules. I do not need a trip planner, what I need is bus schedules so I can check when the next bus is coming. Have to goto the website to get the info I want. Nthe last several updates have made it worse. Whoever designed this app needs to be fired.
Not really an app. More like just a web site with links everywhere. Hoping to just purchase a fare but to do so, it's buried deep inside many links. I don't need an app to tell me about transportation safety.
Just tried the app and uninstalled it after 2 minutes. I got it to buy bus passes, but that seems to be the only part of the app that doesn't work 😔
The Norman area buses do not have a GPS function, which would really help. If you'd please put this in the app in the future, I'd love to come back to it.
Ever since the update there has been no ability to get the information about the Oklahoma city bus or schedule. BAD UPDATE CHOICE! THANK YOU FOR FAILED APP! 😵
the link to buy tickets/passes on mobile phone is broken. when you click on the link, it takes you to a page that says "webpage not available".
They removed the PDF bus schedules. Not every bus stop in OKC has the numerical codes. Please return the PDF Files!!!
man this embark app really sucks. it bites the big one. what genius thought this up approved it and paid people for it??? I think a third grader programmed this.
Links to buy bus fares are invalid. App isnt useful for purchasing fares.
Frustrating hard to use and no schedule feature
I LIVE by this app! It doesn't matter where I'm at, I don't have to worry where my bus is at or if I'm going to be late for something! Rock on Embark!
Difficult to find basic ... from here to there routes.
Can't get links to open to order passes on line. Pffttt.
Using a walker can be diffcult in places where it is no sidewalk
No way to put in a Start and Destination and have it plan your route. I in 2020 this easy for them. People should be fired over this omission.

It stop working when i need to look at the times the buses come around. Been like that for a couple of days. At first worked just fine now nothing :/
