The app mostly has worked for me. Spontaneously stopped, tried multiple things to fix. *** Unplugging and replugging in the fireplace WORKED!*** Why does this app NEED location access, and request (but not need) storage access and access to make phone calls? Out of date Android security protocols is my guess.

Abandoned app no updates since 2018. Obvious developer is not monitoring the rating. Does not work. Lost our remote and hoped this would be a great alternative. Now I'm just going to try to get a replacement remote through the company

When it works, it work great. When it doesn't, it doesn't. Sometimes it won't connect. It would be nice it this app worked reliably.

Used to work but now it won't login most of the times and/or won't see the devices connected to the app. Very disappointed.

Disappointing. Bought heater fireplace at Costco and thought bluetooth feature was a bonus. Pretty much a bait and switch feature. Does not work after downloadimg app.

I was afraid this app would stop working for me, like it did for everyone else. When it did, I deleted my username, reentered it and signed on again. It worked!

Stops working pretty much as soon as you learn how to use it correctly. Waste of time and phone space, just use your remote. This app is worthless.

Seems to work great, no issues. Prefer to use this app over the remote. More control and easier to use.

worst app I have ever used it only worked for a day next it couldn't connect to the server and ever since it can't connect.

App stopped working after a week, like everyone else on here. This needs a fix. Spent a lot of money on this fireplace for this not to work.

I loved this app, but now when I log in there is nothing available in the device window and no way to add a device. My children were nice enough to lose the instructions for me. How can I pair them again?

Worked for a brief period and now it has issues logging in or won't see the fireplace when it does login.

Garbage app that does not work. No way to "search" for devices.

Unresponsive upon download. Making an app like this shouldn't be hard.

Bought from Costco its nice but the app should work and it doesn't.

This is my first 1 star rating ever given. It's never worked. I am a nerdy geek so is my son, neither of us can get this to work. 🐽

Worst install instructions ever !! Does not explain how to connect to fireplace. Great fireplace .. Horrible App

It's a shame the development team of this app are to stupid they can't make an app that works then when your polite and say something about it they don't respond

App does not work, worked for a week, now nothing, VERY DISAPPOINTING

My original review: "Not sure why all the bad reviews. Works flawlessly and intuitively. A little goofy to setup login initially but otherwise great!" After 2 days of using... "IT. DOESNT. WORK." Pretty frustrating after spending $600 on the fireplace. The app was perfect when it worked. 1 star.

Worked for about a week, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it still not working, no device's, a total fail.

I loved the app up until it stopped showing my fireplace. I will give it a higher rating once it is fixed

When I log out of this app and log back in it can't find any devices, so it will not work unless I continuously remain logged in from the beginning login. When it works it's a very good app.
