App crashes frequently when trying to submit a claim. Image screen was completely black when trying to upload an image.
The app is super easy and very user friendly. it keeps track of your pets names and can file claims individually

This app does not work! Many bugs in sending documents and in responding to messages. I've tried so many times to send messages and docs. The notifications are useless, it's an glorified inbox. I can't submit claims now. I've reached out to the CS team multiple times about thee bugs and gotten lip service on when they will be fixed. Use lemonade, half the premium for the same coverage. This is a poor insurance product.
Comparable prices to other pet insurances, but spectacular customer service and very quick turn around on claims.

App crashes when ever trying to file a claim. Have not tried other features as I was wanting to use the file claim feature. Not very usefull.
Super easy to use, quick at sorting through claims. just a great experience for over a year now.
Overall submitting claims and receiving payment is quick and simple. I chose 4 starts because I they did not accept the paperwork I submitted from the breeder's vet and the initial very that saw my pup. This lead to denying all non-wellness claims. A year later and we are still working on it but I can say they have been kind, friendly, and say that I will get reimbursed once her waiting period is figured out. So far I believe this, they have been quite professional.
The app let me file a claim just fine. However, the app will not allow me to upload documents (i.e. Orthopedic Exam Report) in any capacity. Every time I click on the document to be uploaded, the app crashes. I have uninstalled an re-installed the app several times and it still happens.
This app makes it quick and easy to submit claims.
Not a bad app. easy and simple to use. I will say, when I was submitting a claim and taking a photo of the invoice, the app would restart. I had to take a picture then load it. was an extra step but I thought the first time was a fluke.
Uploading documents for a claim doesn't work on my Galaxy S9+ ... I can take a photo of the page and that works, but I can't select files. I hit "select file", choose the pdf, and then it just goes back to the "please upload your document" page, but doesn't actually upload the file I've selected.
Disappointed. I love Embrace. Great company. Half baked app. I have a new phone so it's not that my phone is out of date. But I have been utterly unable to submit claims via the app. It won't take photos or upload files from my phone. I tried removing and reinstalling but it still failed. The app needs some work.

I absolutely love this insurance company! It's a shame humans can't get this type of coverage and service. I can rest assured knowing my little buddy is in great hands.
So far so good. It was very easy to submit a claim through the app when my dog had a laceration to his throat which required stitches. Will try to report back when the claim is resolved. Follow up: got approval for my claim within 3 days, and a check 9 days later. I was told I could input my bank information for direct deposit, which would have given me the reimbursement quicker. I have a plan with $500 deductible and 90% reimbursement. Definitely glad I got the higher reimbursement rate!
The app keeps closing after putting in your credentials.
decent app have both my new little ones and evry vaccine and pet care that's needed this app will do the work easy to submit. I've only come across one problem when uploading documents online. I've follow the doc format and file size but gave me and error. it later appeared a couple days later. feature needs somewhat of and update. other than that it covers my pets health and preventative care.
Its ok it quite basic like the website. There aren't any added features/benefits on the app. I wish you could make one time payments on the app. I'd rather make my payments early than wait also I wish I could fill out the claim on the app to simply fill it out. Its not worth the download and space just log in online you'll see the same thing.
I have had Embrace pet insurance for 10 years now. They have never let me down, and they have never given me any trouble. Filing a claim is easy and now-a-days you can easily do that from their app. If I had to contact them it has always been easy to reach a person. The people that work there are knowledgeable and kind and easy to talk to. The claim checks arrive promptly once a decision has been made. I definitely recommend this company.
Love this app. Makes it to very easy to keep track of claims. It's well-designed and easy to navigate. Love the little paw prints that move across the loading screens.❤️
Awful camera; you cannot take a clear document photo, no matter how many tries and light changes. The app also has a selection to upload a file, doesn't work. Needless to say, Embrace has to contact the veterinary office for documents to process the claim.
Guess you can customize pet photos through the website (just not via the app.) Cool! 👍
decent insurance and good customer service but the jumps in premiums are getting out of hand.
This app makes it extremely easy to submit a claim for pet insurance. Only been using it for a short while, but early impressions are good. Seems intuitive, works as expected.
