The old setup was perfect. This new setup you can't even see the outages map. Please go back to the old setup

Y'all need to update the app. Doesn't work with the new Samsung Galaxy s10. Smh. All this money we spend and y'all can't even make it convenient for is to pay and check our bill.

I don't like the new change for this app. There is no way to report an outage or look at the outage map. It was convenient before, but not now.

What kind of server do you need for this app? It keeps telling me not connecting to server and I have Internet and also data.

This app was great until I got a Samsung galaxy s7. Nice new phone, but it won't download due to "device not supported?!" As if a $500 a month to flip my light switch isn't enough. Not to mention the billions being thrown about on the Kemper plant... So you guys can spend plenty of my money, my neighbor's money, my community's money on something BILLIONS over budget and WAY past due to open, but you can't keep your app up to date? How do you not support android 7.0?
