The teaching and gaming multimedia form simulated emergency cardiological conditions:
- Hypertensive crisis,

- ACS with elevation ST, complete LBBB,
- Pulmonary edema,
- Cardiogenic shock,
- Pulmonary embolism,
- Paroxysmal of atrial fibrillation,
- Ventricular tachycardia,
- Ventricular fibrillation,
- Pulseless electrical activity,
- Asystolia,
- Stroke.This application uses sound files ECG images. Simulation of cardiac states based on the mathematical calculation of hemodynamic parameters: blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), respiratory frequency (RF), cardiac output (CO), blood volume (CBV), systemic vascular resistance (SVR), pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR), pulmonary artery occlusion pressure (PAOP), central venous pressure (CVP). The echocardiographic indices: the size of the left atrium (La), end-diastolic volume (EDV), stroke volume (SV), the thickness of the interventricular septum (IVS), the pulmonary artery pressure (PAP), ejection fraction (EF). To calculate the variable for different diseases hemodynamic parameters were applied well-known mathematical formulas (laws) hemodynamics.For example, MAP = CO
* SVR + CVP MPAP = CO
* PVR + PAOP SV = EDV
* EF / 100 HR = CO / SV
* 1000 Imitation of treatment based on the pharmacological properties of medicines which affect the basic hemodynamic parameters. Treatment protocols consistent with the recommendations of the European Society of Cardiology.
