Overall it's a good game! My only issue is that you can't train more units at one time, can be a slow process waiting around about 45mins per unit just to get there levels up. What's the point of leveling up when the game moves up in leveling too, making u feel like the training part for each unit is a waste of time. The fires takes much longer to put out. Example:I'm level 300, so will the fires be lvl.300 making the platinum reward hard to get because the time
Buildings shouldn't spontaneously combust. Dear Developers. I tried re-downloading to try again but my biggest frustration is the buildings relighting. Not realistic and very very aggravating and frustrating. It's ridiculous to have to re-fight a fire in a building you have previously extinguished twice or three times. Same with trees and rail containers. They don't just magically relight like the way you have programmed. Please fix this. Also the programming of rewards. Not enough rewards.
Nice game with enough variation to keep you busy. Experienced 2 major bugs : 1. binding my account caused loss of local progress and in app purchase. 2. Unable to get firefighters to get the Jaws to finish a mission (seems like tutorial doesn't trigger). Contacted developer through website and email on issue 1 but sadly no response.
The game is cool. I like it. I don't like the fact that when you upgrade you literally have to wait days. Also, when I am out on support missions they are on the right hand side so when I'm playing regular missions I can't click anything on the right because it's in the way. Please fix. Also, when can't I train multiple people at a time? That's corny
It's one of my favorite games. I really like games that are easy and your a manager of this place and you have to build and create wherever you want and also deal with other company related things. It is a fun experience and I like it as much as I like Jurassic Park Evolution. And the great thing about it is that there's barely any ads! This game is really good and both games are super fun to play, please make more games like this!
I love the game but i need to restart the mission because there was a bug. Already finish the mission but it indicates i still did not finish it yet. Also, a suggestion, developer should put more tournament to encourage the player to play the game.
Tried game again after some time away. Issues fixed and 5* game now. No need to spend money in game as plenty of chances to earn extra diamonds and coins through watching ads or completing support missions. Good time management/strategy game. Lots of detail and variety. Nice to find a good game that isn't a blatant cash grab or ad factory.
One problem an having with in the game is that the fire plane goes over more than one bush fires and only out one it should of been able to atleast lower those around it. Second problem is that th ambulances should of been able to drive off instead of it waiting there for u to press the drive off button
Love the game. Although, it would be nice to only get mission for the unit you currently have, not randomly pop up mission for unit you don't have, not fair. EDIT: Reinstalled this game after a long time away, last played is in 2019. Still pop up mission for the unit you don't have. Dev seems to ignore my suggestion for better gameplay.
I love the game. As someone else has said I believe the rescue vehicles could be closer to where they need to be. Also a recommendation on some missions there is so much going on it's hard to locate rescuers. Please make an option to click on corresponding rescue vehicle and have a choice to recall workers.
Great time consumer. Need to have the ability to move the vehicles. Example: Allow Ambulances and Docs to move closer to the patients to reduce wasted time running to scene. Real life scenarios the Medics don't jog a block to the scene, they park as close as possible. Edit: Place vehicles like in 1v1 mode. Overall decent game though.
A mobile game that remains faithful to EMERGENCY series. There will be grinding at first, but it can be done somewhat passively (earn coins while not playing). For a free game, it does not harrass players with ads. All ads have to be initiated by the player, and there will be a small reward for the trouble. Though there are some multiplayer elements, the gameplay is dominantly single-player. Requires online connection to sync with the clocks.
I really wish there were more games like this. It's challenging and fun, but not too hard. Ads are optional if you want to earn diamonds and you can advance in the game without them or making any purchases. It's just an all around good game!
Great game! Especially since the update, I can finally play while not being on wifi. However, now the "click to watch" adds for extra emeralds will not load anymore adds. So no extra when we need them. Please fix
Hello overall the game is good but need to change few things: *After cops/ambulance pick up the culprit/patient we need to tap again on the vehicle to send them away. Now this is just illogical, towing truck goes on its own. Same should be applicable in this two vehicles. Just makes the game more tiring. *All the vehicles are not able fit on the screen, sometimes this causes confusion & you are not able to use the resources. *Vehciles parking system is just plain foolish, takes up a lot of time.
Overall this is a very good and fun game and I spent a lot of time and a certain amount of money in it. Giving it four stars beacuse it's a money eater. As I progress the price is getting higher and if I don't stop paying for those diamonds it is hard to proceed. This really stops me from continuing this game.
Good game similar PC emergency game. But can't control recuse car to go nearest recuse mission. I want to control each emergency unit to go nearest mission object. If can control, the mobile game mostly like PC game. Thank you.
Overall very fun game. The various use of the units is great to see. Some things which are a bit lacking, the fact that the firefighters cannot extend their hose is a bit weird. It does make you think on combating a fire. Another downside is the money that you get per mission. It takes along time to save enough in the higher stages of the game.
I have this on my iPad and love it. The Android version has a problem - the very 1st scenario after the tutorial doesn't work. I deploy the fire truck, but when it arrives and the firemen get out, they can't be selected to go fight the fire.
Addicting and fun :) only complaint is the k9 dogs annoy me when they have to be sent back to the car for a bone everytime they are sent out instead of being like the medic where you can send them back out right after finding something. And the vehicles when they park so far away
Not playing this game until they upgrade our units, I've been playing this game for 2 years and now I'm bored, it's the same old same old. Same things all the time, nothing to upgrade, boring! I gave up my alliance to somebody weaker, so they could still pursue, this game is totally boring. I'll keep it installed just to see what developers do.
Buildings are way too expensive to upgrade, cant do missions way too difficult. For example your troops has 250 rating but the tasks are 300 rating. All you can do is get the building coins then leave and open again after few hours, if youre trying to do the missions its highly unlikely losing the money than earning them
I love it. 1 thing that would make the game WAAAAAY much much MUCH better is allowing us to move our units to our own personal decision. So like what I mean by that is when the units are in action, we are allowed to move them to different areas so it'd not so hard for our people to walk back and forth from a long distance.
I throughly enjoyed this game, right up until numerous and varying scenarios came up with "connection error" despite being connected to the WiFi, and it invalidated the mission. Everytime the game update, the game are hardly to manage in controling and not respond. To much bugs....
The only thing that is a bit odd and not too realistic is when the fire vehicles seem to go overtop of other rescuers to put out fires. It's like they run over invisible people to put out the fire. Other than that quirk, it is a good game to play.
It's not a bad game. Repetitive, sometimes stupidly difficult. But this is my main gripe. I'm at level 53 now. I already spent about 30 dollars to get here. Now, due to the extremely high resource cost of upgrading and training, I am out of resources. The game has become either pay to play or play for free every other day for about 20 minutes. I like the game, but it is no longer worth my time or money.

I've played time management games before, but always got bored after a while. This is really keeping my interest as there are active and down-time missions to do as well as base building aspects. The only ads are the ones you choose to watch to gain emeralds. My only criticism is that when you select a crew member, the camera shifts and you have to move it before you can deploy - I can live with that tho.
