I really want to use this app. Several cars all with out of state license plates have been circling me on my dog walks for weeks and the police are no help. But I can't even get through putting my info in the app! The "my address" section mandates some kind of google gps search but keeps error reporting: "can't load search results". So I can't even complete setup! I tried data only, wifi only & both on. I don't have any settings that would block the app, far as I know.
I downloaded this app for work because I work with some clients that could put me at risk. I opened it to test it and it froze, so I couldn't push it for help..I forced stop and turned my phone off and the button was still frozen when I opened it back up, so I uninstalled it and went for something else.
There was an issue that the developer fixed and this app now seems to work find and does exactly what it was intended to. Great to have on your phone if you are lost in the woods or get injured.
There is a major glitch that does not allow you to verify your phone number. This app has clearly not been checked and updated in a while, since others have experienced this aswell. It is simply irresponsible to neglect an app that is supposed to provide safety to people.
Very useless app. I can't even complete the set up. Everytime I add phone number and email address it just goes back to the login page and it's soo annoying
I join, i enter my number, it sends a code, it auto verifies, it then kicks me back to the main page. Repeat over and over until it wont let me try again. Total development failure.
Can't complete set up as won't complete address with auto Google look up, and won't allow to cut and paste on your own.
Couldn't edit the carer's mobile number or email I'd. The app also keeps closing often without any reason. Great app,but Waiting for more update.
Cannot register with my phone number. For some unknown reason, long distance/mobile prefix (8) entered before my number, and I am not allowed to edit it.
Great idea, but the address doesn't work and you can't complete user profile and use app without it.
First it requests a code to verify phone number - done, received, confirmed Then you set up your profile and it won't let me save it as 'phone number invalid' (same as it literally just confirmed via text) useless
Nice app to have.. Are there other features like geo-fencing, some AI features as well would be nice to be integrated into the app..
1 star for now beacause i was not able to add address to proceed further. Hope this will be fixed ASAP. Or else the application is not going to serve its purpose and waste of installing
Address issues can't upload and login. Then why publish safety app... All are stupid creator.!!!! No use for everyone.
Cannot edit profile. It keep saying invalid phone number. Appreciate what these guys are trying to do though.
Got stuck in a loop of registering phone. Never got any further, so uninstalled it.
Cannot find address and does not let you insert it manually or skip the stage. Doesn't make any sense.

I installed the app while ago. I tested it with my mom's number. But no message were sent. What's the problem?
A timer function for SOS needed in case user does not DE-activate sos should be triggered !!
Like a previous reviewer, could not get past the code input . Wasted 30 minutes of my life.
Maybe it was just ME or MY phone but finally rec'd the SMS phone verifications AFTER I made it home safe. I downloaded another Alarm App to use that was quick and easy without all this account setup. Good thing I didn't need to rely on THIS APP to save my life tonight.
