Other than the amazing graphics and user interface I feel this app has helped me put into words what I've been struggling to explain for the past 3 years since being diagnosed. thank you again for making such a great app. one thing would like to give some feed back on is your app doesn't automatically change certain words to uppercase that I'm use to in others. if you notice the last sentence from the first paragraph, i purposely didn't mark my first sentence with an uppercase.

Seemed really useful pre diagnoses. Charts were great for time period being so new to ms. After 8 months of use and very little change in symptoms, charting time line is useless as it only shows a month at a time. It would be more useful to have 1, 3, 6 month year options, also selected symptoms in one chart to see which way/how fast your progressing.

I rely a lot on this app to make sure that I take my meds everyday. It worked fine for 6 months or so, but now it's endless problems. Sometimes the reminder doesn't go off, I can't select that I've taken my meds, or be able to select anything on the app at all. I just got a new phone and wanted to transfer my account over using the QR code scanner. Tried multiple times, and nothing. It just doesn't work. Please fix this app asap cause the people using it really rely on it working properly.

This app has really help me understand symptoms and related to my doctor. Lately the app has been freezing making it very frustrating.

Can't get past the email verification stage. I tried multiple times, even installed and uninstalled the app twice. I click on the link in the email, it goes to a page 'Wrong Request'. One time it said it was all done so hit the 'go to app' button but it returned me to the same section to enter my email address. Will find another app to use.

Med reminders still don't show up on time. Daily check in reminder has stopped showing since 3/6 even though they are marked in my settings to show up

This is a wonderfully user friendly symptom logger that you can customize to add as much as you want/need to. Being able to securely store medical documents is so convenient when you are seeing lots of specialists. You can use the calender feature for appointment reminders. Lots of informative/educational & other features. Very impressed!

Requires an account. Call me old school, but no thank you, I will not create an account or link my gmail for something that could and should offer local data options. Does anyone care about privacy anymore?

I have just downloaded this App and have tried to add 2 more symptoms....Speech and Hearing. I added Speech..but when attempting to add Hearing....the dialogue box indicates Error and closes. I tried to add this custom item 3 times..always the same reaction. Fortunately I am not an MS sufferer ..I was checking App out before suggesting it to my daughter, who does have MS. Not a good start.

This is a great app to follow your progression with daily ms symptoms rather than just knowing how you cope with relapses. It works as a great reminder on how you've been coping and what new/reoccurring symptoms you have; so you can manage your own day to day ms. I like how theres a reminder for meds, and a notes section for each day. I personally use that to log my mental health. I like the feature to make a voice note rather than type a note for those days where typing is just not doable.

This was supposed to help me with my first ms consultation but when I press download so I can see all the data I've inputted over 3 months, nothing happens 😞

Nice idea, nice layout. But the medicine reminders are not trustworthy, so I still use my phone clock to set reminders. The Emilyn app doesn't have a snooze function. So when I dismiss the 8am reminder for one med, the rest of the reminders for the rest of the day/ other meds don't show up at all.

I like sharing experiences with other warriors. I love all the articles you can read I love how you can share any feelings you have. I adore this app!

I love this app to keep me in line and check my reminders. Emilyn is great for any stage of MS you have. You can log your symptoms, rate their severity and add your own. There's also a feature to type in your own notes. I like to write down what I eat/drink, if I exercised and any other additional thoughts. I can be very forgetful so it's nice to look back at what I've been doing. Overall, I'd recommend anyone with MS to try it out. It's something I use everyday as I go through life.

The reminders have stopped. Set for 730pm daily but not notification is popping up.. nothing for over a month

Its actually very easy to use. If I had to be picky the dates are hard to tell whats what, id enjoy a calendar or better separation between days, i do like that it pops up to ask how you're feeling so you don't have to remember to log. Also it doesn't scream "I have ms" publicly on this pop up or the app name/logo which is nice if your phone is in view of others. Thank you for that.

Cant figure out how to pair with my other phone. The app hasn't been responding lately and makes me enter my checkins twice every day and the figure to show areas of numbing won't let me select any areas on the pack of the person. Thought it was helpful in the beginning but have been very frustrated with it lately

All around easy to use app. However it keeps freezing up and erasing my info that I had just entered. Also, I wish there was a setting or feature that would pop up each day to remind you to log you MS activity, that would make this app perfect

I love the app only wish it was more customisable i.e. more icons or the ability to add own images for icons for custom symptoms to make more easily identifiable. Also perhaps different colour schemes etc. Other than that I do love it it is very handy when trying to gauge cause and effect of symptoms etc.

easy interface. needs more features to be 5* links to food water and menstrual cycle would be useful. also able to open photo library in phone to attach pics, not just take photo. otherwise finding it fairly easy so far, afew days into using

Disappointing, the symptom logs are messy and full of glitches. I also requested a chat partner, which is supposedly assigned to you by staff based on your information. 3 days and haven't heard a thing. This app has a lot of potential, but it's obviously not managed. Hope they figure it out.

Emilyn is the first app that I used that was less complicated and really MS friendly. The apps gives reminders and I am able to use the microphone to record any and all issues that I'm dealing with. Just delightful to have!!!

Kat. O. Feb 5, 2020

I tried the app earlier with no success. It would not send me an email to finish up the log in process. The developer responded to my negative review and suggested that I try it with a Google log in. It worked. Thank you for caring enough to respond!
