Emirates Auction

Customer service can mislead you about availability of the item especially during public holidays. I asked several times, got different answers and in the end I could not physically inspect the item. This is not eBay and there isn't much protection for consumers. Still immature as an auctioneer with conditions and processes that needs improvement.

Why are people posting there issues here and the developers are not replying. I was about to buy a car here but I've decided not because it's true the customer service is worse. Thank you for the reviews, you've saved me

Worst app and service ever do not buy or bit on anything I bought car from them and I got approval after 3 months top of that the car documents is not ready and it will take 1 month over that worst service ever and customer service team are not supportive at all

This is very sad to say the delay comes to release the documents. I didn't check properly the terms and conditions of 45 days of waiting to get documents for registration. Meanwhile second day of the auction they delivered car to my place. But, no documents since 40 days. I hold a car with no registration and number plate this much long time. When calling the customer care,only one answer:Emirates Auctions not responsible for any delays in registration documents. RTA will fine if parked outside.

When they put any vehicle obove recovery with forklift always damage fuel tank and fuel pump. Consider.

They are very bad you can't call them only email and email replay late they keep giving every day fine increasing

Worst Services Ever. So if you bid and win in the terms and conditions its mentioned that the documents will be ready within 21 working days but when you do make a purchase and contact they say that you will get the documents after 21 working days and that end up to a whole month including the off days to get the docs. When you do contact the support team or call them they always have a generic reply within 21 days and they dont even have any other reply than that. Worst Services Ever Dont Use.

please add alarm or pop-up for selected watching exhibits with alarm control options

Not professional people, app is not useful, you can't search by brand or by year for the cars. They dont have any standards of taking picture of the cars. Sometime 35 picture for one car, sometimes 5 only. They take picture for every button in the car for no reason. Is the tyres are so important that's why you take picture for each tyre. Sometimes times the prices of fhe cars will go higher than the market.Sometimes they are no enough information about the car ( maker, year, model).Not pro at all

Very bad service, they take ages to deliver the car and if you are late in making the payment they add fees on you. they take forever to issue documents, I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with them. Just a waste of time and eventually the car price is just as the market, why the hastle Lot#265160

If you want to participate in auction please buy a car from outside. That can be used for commuting between Emirates auction and to your place. The car you won in auction may or may not get to you. But they won't give the paper to register. So you can use your old car for your needs. Also use your vacation to go their office to register the complaint and so your turn will get in the counter.

Can anybody have exp of getting apple phones from emirates auction..are these phones locked or unlocked ? Are thy usable in any form or not..what about ipads ,apple watches

CHEATERS, they extends the auction time at last second, eventually either you loose bid or place a new bid

They sell scrap vehicles. With very late delivery of documents. Very irresponsible.

if u buy a car from this auction,u have to pay two days inside .very first they can get payment but received your car u have to wait for long time and received your car document that's unlimited waiting.minimum one month,two months , always telling your paper under process. Harassment Free for u Also u have to pay 1500 dh for administration charge.recovery 500 dh Car key making charge 150. Then Chang your traffic file Dubai to abudhabi 500 dh.must have to changing the all tires 1500.

I wish I couldn't give a star, but unfortunately I don't know why we have to give a star. It suffices that the administration is deaf and blind. Frequently exaggerated updates. There is no specified time for the bid to expire, which makes it available for manipulation by bidders. Often there is not enough information about what is offered for sale, and the pictures are often insufficient, and the owners also manipulate prices or delegates.

App is buggy.. its clicking all over the place and it's not my phone.. it does that with this app only I tested my phone if its suddenly gone crazy.. and its forcefully making the images bigger when I move left and right..

Had the worst time with them. Lets start with i bought two cars from them they kept pushing me to give the money urgently or else late fees will apply. After giving the complete payment they told me to collect the cars and the papers will be given to you soon. Kept calling them for 6 months the customer representatives were so uncooperative. Finally after going to their office and shouting they agreed to take the car back cause apparently they still didn't have the paper.

Everytime you place a bid for a car, the computer auto bids and increases the prices. Even if you stop bidding, their system will auto bid till the price is reached higher than market value. This should be renamed to auto sales rather than auction

One of the worst company , no respect for time , delivery, hide payment and Extra, car I buy it very bad condition not like in the photos show , and reports inspection not clear, the security moeny take more than 2 month to return back to my account!! I will not deal with them anymore

The countdown is reset many time to 10 min when close to 2 min that increases the bids but lures the people having put bid earlier. In short you know it's finished when you're below 1 min so simply never bid above this remaining time. In addition the final price is almost same as the market price such Dubizzle adds so better you buy else cause owners of the car are unknown here.

Systematic Fraud - Stay away! Was winning the bid, countdown stopped and then reappeared without me winning. Countless other bidsings got time extended without any reason.

i won the car in bidding . but still not apporval ,more than 7 days gone , it is still showing under approval only. it seems that if the aMount is not desirable they wont approve. They totally waste my time . they say still wait more 7 days. if it is not approved ask us to cancel the bidding. emirates auction company will get some amount from provider, but in the mean time i could not attempt any other biding also. my time is totally waste. what i will get ? my time only loose. i cant believe u.
