Very easy and quick access app. Easy to navigate, Easy to add beneficiary, no waiting in queue. I have used other company apps. But this is by the quickest and easiest to navigate. Most importantly we get better exchange rate in the app than the branches ot other exchanges..!! Thanks EIIE
Why do u keep updating your app to become worst? The old version is perfectly fine, the second was okay. Third is the worst.
very very easy and light weight app. Convenient option to transfer immediately and later go to any branch to pay the actual amount, which is the most attractive feature for user. Most importantly we get better exchange rate and less charges for sending money in the app than the branches or other exchange house. Apart form it, staff is also good behave with every customer. I am sending money through Emirates Exchange from last 1 year i have very a good experience with the service they providing,staffs are very helpfull & cooperative. In online app it's always better rate and very less charges as compared to other exchange.

Easy to access and quick processing
Poor app in Calendar control for selecting dob you have to spent 10mins

Unable to get OTP for Forgetting password. as I tried many time to uninstall and install the app. Same issue is before.
