Emirates NBD (the "Company") wishes to engage you (the "Volunteer") to provide your voluntary assistance to the Company in connection with THE EXCHANGER PROGRAMME which will include a number of events on various dates upon the terms and subject to the conditions set out within this Waiver (the "Engagement").
