The problem with app its getting errors for every activity request like connection lost retry again every now and then this error is popping up. Kindly rectify these types of errors and bugs to run this app smoothly Secondly this app should also have facility to change card pin from the app itself
I'm not satisfied with the app not accepting any password I tried over 30 different passwords but was unable to register and until now I can't still open it I had to uninstall the app it's of no use I'm just going to use the card for a saving account.
Its crashing at log in.. need to fix this asap. The app is at the moment utterly useless. Its being 2 days and no update yet!!!
I can not login, I get error message that this app was designed for older android versions.
Trying a set a password for an hour isn't fun. Fix this broken app instead of making mediocre new ones.

Just another stupid joke from EmiratesNBD the bank which seems to be specialized in inefficiency.. After a mile long agreement for use that you get tired of scrolling let alone reading you can't even use the stupid app because no password combination whatsoever is accepted, they tell you to choose an alphanumeric password between 8 and 16 characters not containing any symbols or repeat characters which I did for 100 time to no avail, and the funniest thing is, this has been going on for many years judging from the comments and nobody in EmiratesNBD thought to do anything about it, but I'm totally used to such failure with EmiratesNBD anyways.
Unbelievable weak app. There is nothing to do in this app. Also strang login process for such app without any financial transactions. It's only a report app. I have 2 cards and can't add 2nd too. Hate it
The worst mobile app i ever saw from a biggest bank in Middle East, can't just register, they are not accepting any passwords, tried 100 different combinations but still registered, worst experience ever with Emirates NBD, and yeah i called the helpline they don't know anything and they told me to call mastercard in UK

What are you guys actually trying to do with this app!! A 1000+ lines legal document which i can't just agree, rather I need to scroll down. Seriously man my thumbs got so tired.
Rubbish!! Does not allow you to set your password when registering. Constantly asks you to check your details without informing you of what needs correcting.

Very bad app i got my global cash card and cant even top it up becoz of login and registration issues with the app fix it or i will just throw my card to garbage
App doesn't work. From other reviews it seems it has never worked since last several years. I wonder how can banks be so careless to keeping pushing to an application that doesn't even work. Even the website doesn't work that also gives the same kind of errors as this app.
