Recently registered on the NBD KSA app and its pathetic. The app says there is no credit card under my name although i have one activated card. Now if i have to settle the payment i dont know how to do that
The application is not loading after signing in. the customer service is very bad and not even answering
The app's interface looks very old thought it works just fine if you are look for convenience. The account due balance is doubled, and have been like that for about a year now. Was promised an update by the last quarter of year 2020, but were are two weeks out from the end of the year and nothing have changed..

What kind of ridiculous registration process involves a phone call where they never pick up? And if by some miracle they answer they tell you to call again and end up in the same loop. What is the point of having online/app registrations if it can't be completed online or in the app? I'm not able to register despite having a credit card for over 2 years.
One of the pathetic app, very poor. I have not been able to see anything on the app or on online banking portal for my credit card in last 20 days. It always time out everywhere. Customer service is also very poor. Wish if I could give negative star rating. Wasted lot of time and still struggling
Great application and services
Looks old and very slow
Bad and unreliable. Worst bank ever. No credit card, no loan. Stopped my debit card and still deducting. Went to branch and they don't know. Opened complains, no use. Asked me to settle my debit card amount and I did. Finally back to zero. Oops. 1 day later, they still deduct. And pay with SAR, they sms you USD!! Bad IT, bad system, bad service, worst bank. You people will suffer even if you think you are fine now. I'd give you zero stars if I could, not 1.

Useless, doesn't work, an able to register, and nothing done about it since months ago ! I don't recommend anyone to be a client of Emirates NBD in Saudi, very bad customer service including this useless app
Unable to get my currnt account information. Called NBD call center many times, but no one seems to care or understand the issue. I even sent them an email explaining my issue and no responded. The Application needs major Enhancement.
It is so slow app compared with other banks apps, and with minor features which not reliable. It has to be developed.
Poor App , major issues in credit cards section , doubling the actual due Ammount if you have canceled card, called support called customer care , no one cared to resolve it and by the way they know about the issue !!!!
Worst app ever... there are many bad excpiranc I had when try to activate the online service. Moreover the app itself doesn't work properly as expected. This bank is out of date 👎
slow app when i add a bill in my bills list it does not appear in the payment page. desktop version is better

Not working in my mobile, saying as mobile rooted all the time though rest all application are working fine. Already sent email to you for this.
Such a childish app! Mostly giving errors on basic things! Can not show redemption points worth correctly! I mean seriously! Is it really a bank's app??
you cant even activate your account. you need to call customer service to activate your account. however, I have been calling for the past two weeks for more than 30 minutes ecah call without any answer.
It's really difficult while accessing an account or bill payments. It took a long time to wait.
I lost my first Visa card and i received a new one. The old is still activate on the app. I sent a request to NBD IT customer support and no one take any action
The app is not user friendly, a lot of times log me out. Same thing happened in the desktop version.
In new update I can't se my plus points
It is very very bad , it is not opening, custommer service is very bad,they did not solve my problem, even the credit card sometime work and all the time is not working , i will cancel it.
