A banking giant like NBD shouldn't have this much anti user friendly, unprestigious and bad application especially for Commercials! It looks like developed while beginning of Smartphones, many years ago.
Unacceptable. Crashes on login. The webapp drop-downs don't work on transfer area on Chrome or Safari on mac either.
The app coding is pretty weak in general and just recently I can't login as it keeps saying "an SSL has occurred and cannot connect to the server".
It simply won't log in! I mean it is just disgusting to give such an app to consumers.. And the name smartBusiness makes the whole thing funny! Go spend few thousands and get stuff done!

Please provide a second ATM machine at Bay avenue , Dubai . There is only one ATM machine there and the line is constantly way too long . Your immediate attention to your branch at Bay avenue is urgently required please . Thank you

After the latest updates when we try to make or transfer any payment error is coming "session timed out" it automatically logs out Please fix this issue i have trying for 10 days i even uninstalled and reinstalled it but problem is not solved plz solve it

Crashes while you are creating transactions and when you try to login, says you are already logged in.
Why does it need to know all call information?
It stopped working about a month ago. Can't log on the mobile. Timeout all the time.

Third party keyboard not allowed, yet on your normal mobile banking you allow? You wish for us to go through the hassle of switching keyboards (drop Google keyboard) and use the bad stock keyboard them go again switch it back? It's faster to do it online via the non mobile friendly interface than do this. Been 2 years and still not addressed.
