EML Clinical Guide

There seems to be a problem on Samsung phones (using a Galaxy S10). I can go into the app and search conditions, but as soon as I select a condition to see the guidelines, the app crashes. I have cleared the cache, as suggested, to no avail. Internet connection is stable and not the problem. It's unusable. I have to use EMGuidance now. Update: It's not working on any of our devices now.

I'm so annoyed. This app has not been working for over 3 weeks in my phone because it gives error message: check your internet connection is working ",, but my internet connection is perfectly fine. I keep trying to delete it and then I download it again but it gives me the same exact problem so now I don't have access to this app it's annoying somebody please fix it

This is a fantastic app, really useful for work in the field. However since last week the app has been down saying check if internet connection is working. This persists despite re installing the app, irrespective of platform (ios/Android). This is also a problem all of my colleagues are experiencing. Please please fix it as soon as possible.

The app does not work on Android. It says checking for updates then kicks you out claiming you're not connected to the internet even when you've got great WiFi connection. Tried it on both my phones and tablet, it doesn't work. Please fix because it is an inconvenience

All along since I've started using it more than a year, it have been working perfectly well until few months back started displaying a constant over screen message saying "check your internet " though I have internet. To get rid of the message I have to reinstall then install again. It's annoying 😒😒

The app contains great information but it shuts down everytime one tries to read up on the conditions. I cleared the app's cache and have a strong connection, as suggested, but it still does the same thing.

This app does not work any more. "unfortunately EML clinical guide has stopped working" shows up for every condition. Still continues to show this after deleting and reinstalling the app. Very disappointing.

The app works for few days thereafter it keeps on saying check your internet connection even though you are connected even after reinstalling keeps on saying that and this is really frustrating. Otherwise it is very helpful

Great app but now has a bug where it can not load and just gives an error message regarding your internet connection. Tried to re-install and tried different Wi-Fi / mobile networks to no avail. Please fix

App is able to install on my samsung s8; used to work well; now past 2 weeks keeps claiming i need to check my internet connection. Reinstall didn't fix issue. Edit: fix incoming, will try the beta thanks for responding.

I have used this app for years. It has been so useful. It seems it is no longer being maintained by the developers, which is very sad. The Internet Connection issue seems to be pervasive across phone platforms. Very sad.

I am not pleased at all with the app.. It's been showing an error message for weeks now, even after uninstalling it and downloading it from scratch it still refuses to work. Can someone please sort this out.

Terrible Keeps asking to check internet connection, which is available and working. I've tried contacting the developer as per email provided which does not actually exist. No response at all to other consumers complaints. Pathetic service . Created an app with no way of fixing problems or legit contact details.

The app just stopped working on my Samsung, I have uninstalled multiple times to no avail. Clearly there is a problem, it keeps talking about internet connection, but I got no problem with connection as I do multiple other things on the internet

I love this app and use it almost daily but i just got the update and now all it does is download, 'extract' and then close the app. If I open it, it does the same thing again. I see some people had issues a few days ago but looks like it was fixed. Could you please look into it again?

Worked perfectly on my old phone (LG G6) but repeatedly stops on my new phone (galaxy s10). I reinstalled the app but with no luck. It does not allow me to view any pages and keeps closing.

This was a really fantastic app and user friendly. This app worked perfectly fine a few months ago however recently fails. Such a useful app now useless! I am unable to open this app. It repeatedly says check internet connection for no reason.

This is a good app, but it keeps saying that i must check my internet connection... So, anytime I want to use it, I turn off data connection before opening, it then opens without any hassles...

Error message, keeps asking to. Check internet connection in mobile data or wifi connection. All other apps work, only this. Uninstaller and reinstall, still have this problem. Please fix.

Used to be a fantastic app when it was working. Now keeps saying: "Please check if your internet connection is working" despite good internet connection. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help.

For more than 2 months now the app is not working. If I run it it keeps on telling me to check my Internet connection (even though I have excellent WiFi connection). This problem is also common among my peers. Why is this not being fixed?

Excellent content for Clinical practice! But after a while when going into the app it kicks you out and I end up having to uninstall and reinstall. Can this be fixed? Because otherwise this is an absolutely amaaazing app!

Really bad just got the app and cannot get into it. It says no internet connection (this is on Android) and I have intrmernet. On IPhone it says it's updating then the app crashes. Please can you guys look into it

A friend recommended it but unfortunately I can't use it, I have 2 gigs of data yet it keeps saying I must check my internet connection. I have no access to the app.
