eMMC Brickbug Check

What is the chip date. Had my note 8 since 2017. It was lost in 05/2019, but returned by the USPS. When i got it back it had AndroRat in it. I flashed binaries in odin. But my eMCC chip date is 05/2019 when viewed in this app. I never NAND erased. Been trying to get .PIT..added .zip to CSC but when extracted had no .PIT. Gonna try adb. But the chip date on the eMMC is 05/2019 when phone was lost. Could somerhing been done to the eMMC ? Like a VPN root tunnel ?

S10 please! i've been using this app on my previous android model and this app is really really helpful! i know that my s7 and note 3 are good, but now my s10 have some weird issues every now and then.. i wonder if my s10 got an insane chip.. please make it available for s10 One UI .. thank you soo much 😊

This app is good If you want to open this app, your device have to rooted. And then open terminal emulator or termux, type su then type setenforce 0 And then open app. Thank you developer

It says that the chip of my samsung galaxy s3 is insane and I am experiencing it since last week I feel frustrated about it because my phone shuts down all by itself and then open all by itself and then shut down and then open almost hundred times..so I decided to format the phone but still there are times that it turns on and off automatically.. I dont know what to do..

I have an insane chip! So yea my phone has been freezing randomly which requires a hold on the power button to restart. It also did its first restart today too. The phone is up to date and I guess samsungs so called fix didnt do anything. Ive had it since november and have contacted samsung support in the uk who are arranging a repair

After using my phone without problems for one year recently it started to reboot randomly and various applications started to freez. I confirmed with an application that I have tha insane chip. I will send my phone back for a repair, and based on the result I will decide if I will buy any more Samsung product in my life.

Those who have an insane chip. Get a custom kernel. Do NOT wipe data with stock recovery. You run the risk of making your device a paperweight

if you do have this type of memory, but doesn't fix it. If you have this chip, go NOW for a warranty repair. It's only a matter of 'when' not 'if' for problems! Don't wait for trouble... it's hell! emmc check has stopped. My Note5 had a crashing problem. Sometimes it crashes automatically. To turn on I should press all buttons at a time. Then it works, again it restarts subsequently. To test memory I installed emmc check, however I am not able to open it. it says emmc check has stopped. please help me to figure it out.

A friend's old Note 2 died with SDS after having constant problems.. That's how I found this app. Scanned using it because I have an S3 which apparently can have SDS (though I don't have any symptoms). Happy to know I have sane chip and the memory test passed.

Well, at least I now know bad memory isn't the reason my nexus 7 became so slow.

The app is great. It helped me to identify why my POS Samsung phone became unusable from one day to the next. I have owned 6 Samsung smartphones so far and had problems with all of them. This one is my last Samsung product.

Was able to detect the "Insane chip" in my S2, over two months before it finally gave up. Had plenty of time to back everything up. Insane chip finally failed and now the phone won't boot.

The app says my phone is sane but it keeps freezing too frequently and it's getting worse :( already uninstalled most apps and still same problem.

This app says everything is good, yes it says i have Insane chip (S3 gt-i9300), tried with dummy file gen. too, nothing freezes during scanning/generating, but i still get freezes on normal use on random apps, i don't know if it's software or hardware bug anymore

No way of telling if my S3 is affected because it crashes on start.
