Emoji Switcher ( root )

This app is perfect! I love it. I installed this hoping it would let me use the iOS emojis and it did. (of course, with the root's help, this part was a little bit complicated) I totally recommend it!💕 Edit: BUT, it would be much better if the developer will use the ads only on his app. It's really annoying to see apps on other games/apps etc. and I think some people agree with me. (from what I saw in the critical reviews)

The design is terrible and the ads full screen BUT it works as it should and there's a lot of emoji packs to choose from. EDIT: Design is much better now, thanks :) I realize the ads aren't really important, which is why I still rate it 5 🌟 😉 it's great, I'm very thankful that it's free!

The app was easy to use. Worked as intended on my Google Pixel 3XL using the SwiftKey keyboard. Only granted root access once for it to make the change then the change is permanent and it doesn't need root anymore. Bad reviews are by inexperienced users who don't understand how to use it.

This app does not work for the Pixel 2 XL Android 10. It certainly would've work for Android 9 on the Pixel 2 XL. Ever since I updated it a few days ago, emoji switching apps requiring root do not work. I don't know what it is, but I think it's something that needs to be looked into.

I love it, it provides me with all sorts of emojis that I can switch to, and it allows me to customize my phone alot better, however, I've been waiting for the IOS 13.2 emojis but after a long wait, they're still not here, all I got was UI updates and the UI didn't even need to be updated, it was smooth and easy in the first place, the new one isn't bad either, I just expected a new update to the actual emojis because that's the purpose of this application, but anyways, thank you for your time.

It works but after 2-3 attempts. When i installed and tried changing my emojis in 3 attempts this app forced closed in middle and after that i got no emojis in my keyboard . I was about to give it one start then after i tried my last attemt and it worked. I am giving it 4 strars because this app works and reducing one star for Those frustrating 2-3 attempts and one more thing backup/restore dosent work.

Used this app to install the old Android N emojis. Works well, but the glyphs that were not on the older font do not render at all. Being able to use the default system fonts as a fallback would be a nice feature, if it's feasible.

So I've installed the app and proceeded to install the custom emojis that i want to. And soon right after my phone reboots i realise that i have no emojis on my Gboard and so i tried to restore my backup. Even though the backup was restored nothing has changed. So I'm currently stuck here with no emojis and all X's on my phone. I own a OnePlus 3 and it's running Android 9.0 Pie. Please try to fix your broken app.

Totally screwed my phone up. Using oneplus 5 on Android pie. Installed and tried to change my emoji. Rebooted and my emojis were just X's inside a rectangle box. The app asked if I could see emojis which I replied no, and it said it would restore my previous emojis which it failed to do. I had to completely reinstall OS which was no big deal but oh man how horrible. Definitely won't be using this any time soon.

I'm on Oreo and this is the app that works! only thing is not working properly is the skin tones. the emoji shows but with a square (that probably suggests the skin tone) right beside it. if you could fix this would be perfect

Used to work. Update to android 10 crashed it. No longer switches emoji but says it does. Phone is rooted. Edit: It doesn't work for my phone so I don't see how I can rate it 5 star. Will update if fixed.

Oh my god. So basically I've tried all other apps as well and none of it worked. I was stuck with my stock emojis for a while until I decided to go back to the Play Store and see if anything changed. I found this app and tried it. Guess what? It works! Thank you so much dev!

LOTS of ads. But I installed iOS emojis without a problem, and it's good to see many options for emojis, including multiple Facebook sets, which I didn't expect. Works as described.

See guys, first of all the app's UI is so easy and smooth,so we can say it's uncomparable to another similar category app. But the team is very bad,you know I waited for the IOS 13.2 emojis for long,you guys weren't bringing an update,so,I have to search, download and flash the module. But you guys brought it now, that's good. But from now my suggestion/advice you should be fast with your updates.

Had some issues, the app completely ruined my emojis at first, then I had to use another app to reset my emojis, which for some reason, installed some old google emojis, then I tried to change the emojis again and it finally worked, after I considered a hard reset.

it's working but new emojis won't show up. though at least i can copy paste them unlike the prev root that would only show empty boxes. i guess it's just a gkeyboard issue

It works, but the user experience is horrible. You shouldn't force the user to review the app. And you keep throwing ads after every single damn tap. No thanks.

This is the most best emoji changing app of all time. This is because it does what is said and allows you to change those ugly emojis you h8 into once you like from another platform. Plus its not for Gboard like the rest are advertised for as it applys the emojis system wide. So Root users running Lineage, RR, Pixel ROMs and etc. This is the app for you to use. My favourite is the Facebook emojis, thus what is yours???

The ads is too short for me, so the download process was unsuccesful. Can you fix it so I can use the emoji, I gave you three stars so you can fix it. Thanks 😊

It works as described, but my phone lags every time I use it. So, to choose between not seeing some emoji or stable phone... I chose stable phone. I use Android 5 on Samsung Note 3.

this app is just amazing ✨ , its very easy to use , people who rate it less than 5 satrs actually don't know how to use it . I love how it has many packs of emojis but i am looking for the newest Facebook emojis its in the beta version of it, i have been searching for it on many apps in vain. can u add it plz 💙💙. thanks and keep going 💪🏼💙.

Did not work on oneplus 6t latest update. Once I uninstalled the app and took away root permission I still get the "Thank you for your feed back" full screen banner. Please tell me how to fix this I cannot remove it at all and it annoys me multiple times a day

Worked after 4 crashes. Skin tones appear in a box next to skin-toned emoji. Other than that, it works. (Android Pie emoji on Samsung Galaxy S6)

App works great. Just that after installing and downloading the emoji pack it asks for a reboot and after that it still says "install" instead of "installed"

Excellent. Worked like it should. Only even after I donated to remove the ads...the ads are still there... Not a great experience... Correct the problem & I'm gonna change the rating from 1 to 5...😡

DO NOT RATE THE APP IF YOUR PHONE IS NOT ROOTED OR YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT EVEN MEANS. Seriously, you're messing up ratings for others. The switching works just fine from my experience. Annoying though is, after the reboot, being asked immediately to rate the app, after like 5 seconds. Well, I don't have experience with the emojis and I dislike annoying popups. So no, no 5 stars from me. Thanks for the app but please stop being a bully. 3 stars, because to be fair, it seems to work. [Edit2: Answer to dev's reply] You don't see the big deal? Well, you get my reasoning, from 25 Years in the IT Industry. If I dislike 1 Popup, I dislike it 1000 times. You want/get root access, so I trust you're not messing with my phone. That being said, a popup like that - even if occuring only once - is not a trustworthy practice. Simple as that. If people like your work, you have to trust them to rather than bullying. In addition, and I didn't *want* to school you, but here we go: you give the user two buttons saying "YES" to rate your app. Haha. NOT FUNNY. Again, bad UX and could be considered malpractice. Any company would or should fire people doing that. You don't see professional software on the market doing things like this for a reason. Still, it works, but while I appreciate you for reacting in here, which I know is not a given, you do need to work on your professional appearance.

Does exactly what it says (as long your phone is rooted anyway). The emoji sets on offer are newer than the ones in other switcher apps. Hoping it gets Twemoji 12.0 soon

Overall Perfect app.. Works well.. Loads of emojis..!! Love em..!! I'm just having a Problem.. Where if I install Emoji one 4 or Any Pie Emojis... On My Marshmallow device.. All The Emojis Disappears... So I have to use emoji one 3 .. Any ways to fix it.?

I would give this 5 star because this is the only app that worked for on installing the iOS 12 emojis but sadly it doesn't work for me anymore I can't get past the loading screen, it doesn't even asks me to grant it root permissions.
