Good app... Let's me see my money and what's going on... It works the way it should and it protect my account.

This is a good app. The only thing I hate is the inconvenience of not being able to use my fingerprint to access my account. The fingerprint feature will work for a while and then it turns around and asked me for my password which I don't remember I have to look it up and that is what makes it inconvenient when I need my information at any given time. I feel like if I set the fingerprint feature up it should work whenever I need it.

Keeps getting better and better slsi able to access all cards issued from financial institute and instantly report it as fraud. ------ I have been an advid mobile customer since early 2000s my move to West Coast and the original personal branch app was produced. This is by far a much better app than most and I feel quite safe with my funds and transactions. I would recommend it to any and all banking customers.

great app. Transfering to external accounts can be tricky and annoying sometimes it will freeze your ACU acct. But the customer service is great they explains the dos and don'ts of managing an account.

Does all I need to do online, including deposits, transfers, and payments.

I love that I am able to make external transfer s to other accounts. Most credit unions do not offer the ability to do so from the Mobile app. Excellent!!!

automatic photo option now works great! It's much improved since the initial release. Making deposits is easy.

App is ok, But it's aggravating when I really need to access the app and generally get a " error, call the bank " message and won't open even with the newest Galaxy phone and on WIFI. 😒

Oct 2018 since the upgrade I can not make mobile deposit with checks that I use to deposit. Dec 2019 - since my last post it's much better now that they have worked out the bugs

App seems to have stopped working. Won't load. I have no problem accessing my accounts on my phone thru the website so...

It seems to have improved. I have multiple accounts this was the most outdated. But from the new login. It seems more user friendly.

Terrible app. Always crashing. Resulting in constant uninstalling and reinstalling

Good app. Allows me to scan pics of deposits easily and log on easily with fingerprint scanner.

You guys LITERALLY SHUT DOWN MY ACCOUNT WITH NO WARNING OR ANYTHING. I have NO access to my money, whatsoever, and I can't even set up direct deposit anymore. This is terrible customer service and even my card is inactive.

makes depositing checks easy, as well as checking balance, has never had an advertisement in it so that's nice

The app does provides necessary services. but is outdated to what major banks provided. basic app but does the trick.

Not enough features. Can't get my full account or routing numbers. Can't easily find statements.

Unable to login on multiple occasions. App fails and takes hours to reset or requires that I change my password inorder to login.

This app work well when it"s working. But it freezes up all the time. could be my phone i don"t know

The app seems user friendly and allows you to complete your transactions without difficulty.

The only thing I want to change is viewing the actual or full names of the people/companies who withdrawals from my account.

always locks me out. have had to reset password multiple times. very annoying

Does not work majority of the time. Great bank. Wretchedly terrible app.

This app has saved me so much time. As a small business owner, I no longer have to run to the CU to physically make a deposit.

I don't live in town any more... the check capture deposit is wonderful.

Perfect easy and convenient. I feel secure using this app.

It would be better if the balance displayed after each entry.
