Emotional intelligence

The main goal of this application is to help you have full awareness of your feelings. Self-awareness is the first step for those seeking a high level of emotional intelligence. Most of the time, we do not stop to think about how we are feeling. Be aware of your emotions helps you take action to change the situation. In the reports, you can view your progress (emotional balance) separated by months. So you will know yourself better. You will get motivated whenever necessary. You will have more empathy and will have better professional and personal relationships.

we're obligated to fill up anxiety levels everytime and the minimum choice is one or half star, so we're always at least a bit anxious on our records? also, i saw my self reporting that I'm feeling good most of the time, perhaps we should have a "neutral" option for when we have no emotions? I'm uninstalling this app as it didn't really seem useful at all a while, and I'm just reporting a same thing (1 star of anxiety and Good).

Very good concept. Would be more helpful if we were able to select more than one emotion, as it is very common for 2 or more emotions to show at the same time.

awesome app, keeps you conscious about your emotions, if anything.. being asked how i feel every 45 minutes helped. but occasionally the app gives an advice? but i was never able to read it since it disappears before i notice it's there.

Somewhat useful. I am more mindful of my thoughts since using it. Not much depth beyond feelings and anxiety. Could use a "neutral" emotion option.

if i wanted to explain to todlers what i do every few years ago and now always then use this app with every full report restarting and compiling realtime with every combination output it might be useful.... but its still ripping me off totally and patheticly if not working with myself in reality correctly.

The idea is great! I would suggest to add an option to add the emotions into the list

There are too few emotions to choose from. Please expand the range.

I love the concept but it would be great if you let us add feelings other than the ones mentioned.

Need to add lots more emotions. Apprehensive, traumatised, insignificant, absent, vacant, and don't know, to name a few.
