This app is for plan members in Medicaid Managed Care, Child Health Plus and Essential Plan.
With the Empire mobile app, you can:
• Log in easily and securely with Android Fingerprint.
• Find a doctor, hospital, pharmacy or specialist that serves your plan. You can search by city and state, specialty and plan.
• Always have your member ID card with you to view.
• Find a Community Service Center near you.
• Get important notices about your benefits
• Check your symptoms with our symptom checker.
• Call a registered nurse (RN) to talk in private about your health anytime, day or night.
• Manage your prescriptions. Order refills, track your shipments and view your pharmacy claims (if applicable to your plan).

some links do not work like changing PCP. sometimes the login screen does not finish loading. I'll keep using it for as long as you guys keep updating it because it dis help me find a doctor and I needed this.
Glitchy. App erases your entire search if you hit the back button to see other choices, making you start from scratch every time. You can't even pay your premium through the app. You have to visit a 3rd party site to do so. As for the insurance: Can't even get a low, tier-1 generic drug that's on their admitted drug list, for a diabetic. But thanks for taking my money every month BCBS!
I tried to register and every time and error pops up saying sorry, looks like something isn't working. But it doesn't explain what is the actual problem. The idea of an app sounds interesting, but I wish I can actually utilize it. Please fix this bug.
Empire is overall garbage, this app won't let me log in. The website was designed by the most out of date individuals with 0 easy access available. 1 hour so far and I have gotten nothing accomplished. This is how you get deterred from utilizing the service so the can optimize gains by not paying out.
Same problem everyone else has posted on here for the last 3 years. Can't register. I have my card. I have paperwork you have sent me with ID number. But that is what the app is saying is wrong. Don't give me a number to call, fix it.
I can't register at all, it won't accept my member ID. Don't bother downloading this app just register online. Remove this useless app and stop frustrating people!!!!!!
Cant register or create an account have insurance card keeps saying incorrect imformation on both laptop and phone. This should be an easy process!
It doesn't works, the app can't recognize my log in information, but I have no problem to log in with my laptop...
I can't register my account & it's telling me to put in a valid ID # 🤷.. I'm putting everything in as required & it's not working 🤷..

Fix this app or remove it from Google play. Empire Bsbc should be ashamed of this useless app.They sent me an email but I can't get back to them App still does not work.Can somebody email me with a reply address that I can Get it delivered too.
