Unable to access the app for the last 48 hours due to user name or password not being recognised. Only acceptable if there is communication from the app team, which there currently isn't. Emailing bauer is currently not generating an auto response email advising they have received your query. Not a good sign.

Awful con pad annual subscription used once and can no longer log in despite only paying 3 weeks ago for membership to 2023. Contact details missing so no support avoid it's so bad might as well be theft.

I like being able to read Empire on my phone while travelling to work. However, for a few months now, there are problems with every new issue of the magazine - mainly image swipes not working and, more annoyingly, the zoom function not working. It seems to take weeks at a time for the errors to be fixed each time. I will happily change my rating to 5 stars if these problems are sorted properly. Downgraded to 1 star because of my increasing frustration with the issues described above.

I was crestfallen when Empire Australasia went under last year and was hesitant to get the digital subscription to Empire Mothership because I still prefer to read the magazine in paper form. I needn't have worried. Fantastic layout, intuitive scrolling navigation, and nifty little animated graphics make reading on the app a joy, and mean I never have to worry about missing an ish. Superb.

I can't even get the app to load! Just keeps coming up with error message!

Same thing is happening again, this time on a new phone running Android 11... App is not working anymore on my Android Oreo 8.1.0. Keeps loading then says "Hint: could not load content". I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times to no good. Wrote to developer and received only a standard email with basic FAQs that do not help, and no direct reply yet. VERY disappointed.

Same as others reported. Since the new app, downloads stop at 80% . I was told to try and reinstall app. Now past issues I have paid for won't download. Cancelling subscription I just renewed yesterday. I reinstalled app 2 weeks later and it now downloaded, but customer services were hopeless.

Problems with downloading issues to external storage, works fine when using internal storage tho after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Decent functionality and useful for taking the mag on the move but can't wait to start getting my subscriber issues delivered.

swipe issue. As per other user complaints, if a image goes over two pages you cannot swipe across image. No such issue on the apple app, its little things like this that ensure I can't make the switch.

I downloaded this app and was disappointed. It just didn't work.

Issues will not complete downloading on my new tablet! Contacted support and got no clear answer! Really frustrating! Will cancel my subscription and get Total film instead!

Tried to convert to digital version on my Amazon fire 8HD, but it says this app is only suitable for %$1p users???? What does that mean.

Issues won't download and freeze at 80% as per other reviews. Have a subscription that can't use!!!! Customer service no use whatsoever! Ridiculous! Sort it out!

The app doesnt let me download paid for magazines, it almost completes but never does. I have uninstalled / reinstalled the app several times, same thing every time

Best magazine, only one I still receive, digital subscription is great value, just need to improve some quirks in the app.

It's a wonderfull app, but some of the pages in summer edition that says "swipe for more pic" cannot be swipe...can you fix this...thx

I like how it works. Some sort of pop up index, like wired magazine, would be helpful though.

Happy with the app and content. However, I must alway be connected to the Internet to access any issues I've downloaded.

Tried to get a digital copy of empire magazine, but the app didnt recognise my log in details. Awful service. I will stick to print

Cant get it fully on my tablet,it downloads 80% then stops so cannot open issue it works fine on my phone but won't fully download issue on my tablet

Offers a different experience to the physical magazine, enjoying the free copies while I can't my physical copies delivered to me.

Since the last update I can't open the app. It says that it can't open the content. I don't know what happened. Please fix this issue
