Worst broker and services that you can get in binary options market...worst conditions for withdrawals and very less assets available to trade...very less profitability....and best of all they make you loose even when you are winning in case of close trades and trades get executed with a great delay...very bad experience....and hated it very badly....invest with this broker at your own risk.

This is a scam. You get no answers from their reps, accounting, chat support. You get runarounds, emails or answers to a questions you never asked for. But as soon as you mention you want to make a deposit they will be on you till you make that deposit. Then run around again. No responses to emails, forget about calling because no one will answer, and finally chat support just closed the chat option. What a terrible company and waste of time and money. Don't make the same mistake.

App works better than the website on my Android phone. I just need help with my requirements. I have all of it but it seems that they are not uploading on the website. When I tried emailing the Customer Service, I haven't gotten a response yet so I do not know if they already have the required documents.

Noticed pricing was not real time accurate with what was actually going on so decided to use a different platform that is accredited. In addition VERY DIFFICULT to get your funds out. All the restictions,fees,etc. Had account executive call me telling me to deposit additional funds and how he had been trying to reach me for a very lonnng time. All friendly. Swarmy like wolf of wall street. Wellll you are on call blocker dumbass. DOWNLOAD MR.NUMBER (Amazing App.) Advised i actually wanted to close my account and he hung up on me. Totally OUT OF ORDER and if you think that this is acceptable behavior,the way you treat your customers, I ASSURE YOU IT ISSSS NOTTTT. I believe in Karma. Do yourselves a favor and stay farrrr away from these people. You have absolutely no recourse.

I was literally hung up on when i asked for a withdraw. My broker wont call me/answer my calls or help me set up bets and eveyday it seems more and more like a scam i wouldnt recommend this to anyone as of right now

The support team do not reply to emails. I have been lied to by every member of staff I have spoken to and have been conned out of £2,000. Still waiting for a reply to return my money! Very poor service.

When I finally got to fund my account, the "senior broker" hung up on me when I wasn't going to deposit thousands! Surely to God not everyone there is a senior broker! Very unprofessional! Support was more than unhelpful to someone who is new at this! I expected better, my bad!

I have operate more than 20 actions. I have made a lot money but they (Empire option) do not make deposits money in my bank . So I cant use the money that you have the made. Make me think that is fraud.

I would recommend it . Ive done pretty well with this app . If your careful, you can make a decent little amount, in a fairly short amount of time . The platform also has a descent feel . Easy to understand and navigate .

They have problems with withdraw.they don't let me withdraw always canceled my request

Deposit made beginning of November 2016. Funds came out of my bank immediately yet money is not in my Empire account and it's now December. Merry Christmas:/

They promissed me 100% bonus deposit... And never got it.... I deposit $500 to get $500 so i could have a good amount for trading.... Never came thru.... Bunch of lies.

I am not able to withdraw. give my money back other wise I will complain financial ombudsman of UK and I will go legal I am having $487 in my account I have not taken any bonus also

I invested in this broker a year ago,in this broker I had an account manager he likes to work with people who invest lots of money,when I tried to withdraw my funds,chat representative dint assist me well,I contacted support team to approve my withdrawal and they dint do it this is how I lost my money in empireoptions.

I deposit the money in and it show $0 why what happen to my money

I tried to open a new account from USA. It said sorry country blocked in your region!!! Is that could be possible?

Everything looks great, but when I try to deposit funds for some reason doesn't take exp of cc overall looks and feels safe
